Upon entering the store, I received personal service from Scott Tucker. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory product lines including specific features. He was able to help.me select.the best option for my needs and was able to get the delivery scheduled in less than a week. He explained.the delivery process, but was not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. So be prepared to spend the entire day waiting if necessary for your delivery. The delivery guys were quick, efficient and thorough. They explained.where I could find the model number and serial number for future reference in ordering the correct water filters. The selection the store offered was good. Although I was not able to get the specific brand I wanted (Whirlpool) in the color I wanted (white). So I ended up with a stainless steel option for waaaaaaaaaay less money than the same one offered at the big box stores. I HIGHLY recommend Appliance Direct for any/all appliance needs. Also the delivery/installation/haul off.charge was about half of what the big box stores chare, and it was all inclusive... delivery, installed and hauled off the old refrigerator. The delivery company did not leave us very happy! They set the refrigerator up last, which common sense would tell you to set it up first, to be sure it was working properly and starting to cool before they left. Even though it was the first appliance off the truck, they left it sit outside our door while they installed every other item before the refrigerator. They refused to change the swing of the dryer door because they had a lot of other deliveries to make. They came back to install the stack kit on the washer & dryer and then told us we needed a longer cord and dryer vent because there wasn’t enough room to get the dryer hooked us the way it was. But it had been hooked up for a week prior to them coming back so I didn’t under the reasoning. They had a longer power cord in their truck so they were able to switch it out.    Read moreWorst experience ever. Bought a washer and dryer practically brand new. Unit front door leaks and won’t go into high spin. Internal shipping damage. Had to wait 3+ weeks to get someone out to repair it through the warranty company. Had to come out twice. Warranty company won’t fix it because it’s shipping damage. (Outward dent at the bottom in the pictures) Appliance stockade won’t do refunds and will only offer to trade it for something in store. Only the washer. So they keep you in this cycle of being stuck with their broken equipment. So you have to choose something else and it won’t match the dryer you have, because they won’t take the dryer back too. They will tell you it’s scratch and dent in the store so there is no warranty and have you pay an extra 130$ for warranty on 1 item. Then later they tell you everything has a 1 year warranty that it’s in your paperwork. Buyer beware. Just buy brand new !!! I will be disputing this with my bank and/or going to small...
