What happened to Quality and Friendly Service at the Burger King located on Brown & Mesa Drive. arrived at 4:51pm and the restaurant was empty. The young girl who came up to the register said ‘Can I help You?’ How about ‘Hi.’ No, I had to say Hi and even then she repeated herself - Can I Help You? - Very Rude!
I had a coupon the BK App for the Double Cheeseburger Meal for $3. I like my DBL Cheeseburger with two slices of cheese or more. She charged me for 2-Slices and when I qualified her to insure that I would be receiving 3-Slices, since the Double Cheeseburger already comes with 1-Slice of Cheese. She calls to a management person, Curtis, who then Changes my order from Double Cheeseburger to Double Hamburger. I immediately noticed my priced hadn't changed.
Upon receiving my order Double Cheese Burger only had once slice of cheese when I paid for 2 extra slices. Curtis asks for a new sandwich to be made. I confirm with him that it will have 3-Slices of cheese and he say's I only paid for two. I explain to him that the Double Cheeseburger comes with 1-Slice of cheese and you charged me $0.60 for an additional 2-Slices of Cheese. He then wants to argue the point with me, that's when I just asked for my money back. He processed the 'Overring' and I returned the drink to Curtis.
It's sad, that he as a management person, would rather throw away two sandwiches then provide exceptional service to his guests. Where's the 'Profit' in throwing away two sandwiches while refunding the guest their $$$?
In the end, I left hungry and went to Wendy's at Country Club and Brown, where they had no problem charging me for 1-Slice of Extra Cheese for my Double-Stack.
After reading the reviews of this Burger King, this location needs to focus on Food Quality and Guest Service. Otherwise, if more guest like me, decide to go somewhere else, maybe they will not be there in that location for very long. I hope not, but it's possible.

Read moreI was happy to know that they were putting in a Burger King a lot closer to my house until I actually went there. The few times I have gone the food never tastes good,t cheese is not melted on any of the burgers and their customer service is either decent or really bad. last night we pulled into the drive through not knowing that it was cash only until you're all the way up at the sign so then getting stuck in the Drive-Thru we pulled forward and waited behind the lady that was getting her food unfortunately nobody was coming to the window so as we sat for 10minutes.. there still was nobody coming to help the lady ahead of us.I went in to see if they could get somebody to the drive-thru to at least talk to the lady or get her her food so we could get through and the supervisor comes walking up behind the lady I was asking and very rudely says well I'm on the phone and busy. So I said something along the lines of.. well you should really work a little quicker In getting people through the drive-through because we wanted to get home considering it was around9:30 at night. Walked away went back to my car in the drive thru and continue to wait another five minutes before they finally handed the lady ahead of us a very small bag and we got to drive off. I don't recommend this location and I think they clearly need to work on who they put as supervisor and getting that drive through a little bit faster. I have had issues in the past at this location where I get told to go to the front and they helped other people that order after me, to the point I had to go in and found out they gave my order to the person who was behind me so had to wait another half an hour to get my food December 23 placed online order set for it to be drive thru, came after it told me pick up time was 7:44 got to the location at 8:20 and do drive thru just to be told I need to go to the front to wait for my order, the whole point of me ordering online was to get it fast not to be waiting around for 10 or more minutes like they forgot about me. I seriously don't recommend coming to this location I've had to many issues with this specific location. Order a whopper with cheese and waited an hour from when I places to when I went and picked up for them to forget my BBQ I paid extra for and to have the mess up half my order.
