Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mesa

Edit(Feb 21, 2019): I'm sorry but I've come here dozens of times over the years and they keep getting worse. Now I call in my orders ahead of time even though I'm just ordering a basic hot n ready pizza. Today I called in my order, was told 15 minutes, showed up at the store 15 minutes later and they hadn't even started it. They started my pizza after I got there and i waited another 15 minutes in the store. So what was the point of calling my order in ahead of time? In that time, I witnessed another customer show up, place an order, receive their pizza 10 minutes later and leave before I got my pizza. I'm sorry but I'm usually very patient and generous with my reviews and this was truly the last straw. I won't be returning here ever again. My first few visits were fine and I gave a 5 star review. Then service slowly degraded over the last 2 years. I lowered my review to 4 and then 3 stars. Now it's one star because they don't have enough respect for me to actually make my pizza when I ordered it the first time. If my order was going to take 30 minutes, they could have told me 30 minutes and I'd have shown up at the appropriate time and it would have been fine.

I'm NOT giving such a bad review because of one bad experience. I'm giving a bad review because of sustained low quality service from this establishment that actually got worse over time even though I continued returning to give them another chance. No more chances.

Edit(2018): I'm taking a star away because the last 2 times I came, they didn't have the hot n ready pizzas ready. Also, they told me "only 10 minutes" but I was still waiting 15-20 minutes for my pizza. If they keep this up, I may stop coming.

Edit(2018): came in for a hot n ready pizza. Once again, it's not ready. They told me " only 5-10 minutes." That seemed reasonable to me. However, I received my pizza after 19 minutes. So basically, the advertisement lied by saying "hot n ready," then the employee lied by saying "5-10 minutes."

To be clear, I understand that sometimes restaurants get busy and it takes longer to make a pizza. I'm not upset about that. To be sure waiting is part of life. Tell me my pizza will take 20-30 minutes and everything will be fine. Tell me one time and instead have me wait twice as long is ridiculous. They never offered an apology or anything else to make up for the MANY times this...

Little Caesars Pizza on Brown and Horne in Mesa AZ, is disgusting and has an untruthful manager. I ordered 2 $6 pepperoni pizza's and an order of crazy bread. My nephew bit into a slice of pizza and spit out a fingernail! Yes you read that right, a human FINGERNAIL. Obviously he was mortified and so was I. I called Little Caesars and asked to speak with the manager, told him what happened and he said he would refund my money thats on his watch and he is truly sorry. I thanked him and told him I would be there in 5 minutes. My sister and I went down there, and we were ignored by the manager until we asked to speak to him and he said unfortunately this isn't a reason to refund me my money back. I was upset and annoyed because he told me he would give me a refund and he lied when I arrived, he kept saying he couldn't prove there was a fingernail, which my sister wrapped in a napkin so I showed him and told him he needs to keep his word and give me my refund. I asked him why no one had gloves on who were making the food and he said they weren't required to wear gloves. Which is weird and gross, especially because if they had gloves on my nephew would not have found a fingernail in the pizza. He said I was being aggressive (which I wasn't) and said he needed to call the owner, which he did and said the owner said to just refund me, which he should have done to start with. My wife for the past week has wanted a Little Caesars Vegetarian pizza. Tonight I stop by this restaurant and ordered her a thin crust vegetarian pizza. It cost me extra to have the thin crust. And when I got the pizza there are no tomatoes at all on the pizza. All it is is onions mushrooms green peppers and a few Olives. When I took it back in and Asti young girl where are tomatoes on a vegetarian pizza she said we don't have any tomatoes in the store they cost too much. When I ask the manager when I called in and said why don't you put tomatoes on the pizza he said we don't have them in the store. This is the worst company I have ever tried to deal with for pizza if you want a thin crust which is less dough then there standard garbage that they serve they charge you more for thin crust because they say it is a specialty pizza. Also the girl behind the counter said that the reason for price increased is that labor is increasing because of the minimum wage and they have to charge more for less. What garbage is this business trying to sell do yourself a favor and stay away from Little Caesars garbage pizza if I could give them no stars negative stars are the worst stars in the...
