Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mesa

The Tuesday $1 deal is something I look forward to because I get to try new things without paying more! I think it’s a great way to see what I’ll like in the future! However, this last time I ordered on the app ,with the code and everything, it originally showed up as costing $1 on my card, but by the time I got home, it charged me the full amount. I hope this isn’t a new trick to get all those customers who use the $1 deal to end up paying more. I contacted Taco Bell about it. If they make this small thing right, I have a much better review to write! Taco Bell is my “go to” place. Food is usually good, but they seem to mess up my order just a bit sometimes. I work long hours and this is a place I can afford when I don’t have time to make something. I definitely noticed the breakfast burritos got smaller and more expensive, which I wasn’t happy about, but then I did try it at a different location and it was the right size! So I guess I’m just unlucky with which location is close...

I went inside to order because the drive through was super busy. My order was taken by a young new worker (says Hannah on the receipt), but I want to say, SHE WAS FABULOUS. The manager said this was her second time on the computer taking orders. My order was huge and she did great, I ordered 26 items. Not one item was wrong and was very professional. And almost everything ordered had something that I requested off. Even had an experience with the manager and also the ladies in the back preparing the food. EVERYONE on this shift rocked. The food tasted amazing, and was fresh. My order was prepared super fast and they even wrote on the items to make everything easier for me to hand out. I reassured the new lady at the front and the manager that she did an AMAZING job and to keep up the good work. No one ever lets people know when they did a good job, only when something goes wrong.

Pretty nice, food is always decent. The cashier i forgot his name but he is a african american, I came when he first started working when he was all clumsy haha, but now he is very professional. Always a good meal despite being taco bell. Bike locks are nice, always put my bike there and it is setup to see outside the window very easily. Sometimes the slushie machine isn't working but there is always 2 extra flavors which is fine. They once gave me a extra drink after they didn't have the freeze flavor i wanted. Pretty good experience in my case. Only advice i'd have for the african american cashier is to speak up, hard to hear what he says sometimes. But I would recommend that Taco Bell to...
