Burger King on University and Power Rd is hands down the best! The customer service is top-notch every single time I visit. The staff is always friendly, quick, and ready to help with a smile. The food is always fresh and exactly as ordered, making every visit a delight.
But the real star of the show is the manager, Tao. This guy knows how to run a restaurant! Tao is absolutely fantastic – he's professional, personable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has an amazing experience.
I see Tao here every single day, working from early morning to extremely late at night. His dedication to his job is truly admirable.As a previous regional manager of Bed Bath & Beyond, I can confidently say that Tao has a real future in this store and should be considered for a district manager position. His leadership skills, commitment to excellence, and ability to inspire his team are qualities that are hard to find. Tao's hands-on approach and genuine care for his customers set a high standard for the entire team.

Read moreI've been here several times and have had really good luck in both the drive thru and dine in. However today was possibly the worst service I've ever had in the drive thru. The food order was correct but the girl who took my order was extremely rude, and never gave me a receipt. I even waited a few moments for her to print me off one but she just closed the window and walked away and refused to look in my direction. I understand having a bad day it happens to everyone, however you got to pull yourself together and put your best customer service face on. If you cant do that even when your having a bad day you have no business working in customer service. (That doesn't mean taking verbal abuse from customers.) I gave three stars because my only complaint was the girl who took my order. I dont think anyone in fast food has EVER acted this snarky towards me. Read moreTechnical problems galore, went to use the kiosk to order, noticed it didnt have a card reader, went to the other one and it was frozen on the first screen. Went to the counter and the register looked older than the store itself, the front screen was cryptic looking and when the card reader said approved the machine didnt spit out a receipt causing staff to believe the payment didn't go through so we ran the card again, upon sitting down to eat, which the food was hot and made well, we checked the bank account and sure enough there were two charges from Burger King. We brought it to the managers attention and she kindly refunded one of the charges and it sounded as though another customer after us was having problems as well. Not the headache we or the employees wanted/deserve to deal with when the store looks semi-newly remodeled, soda machine is high-tech touch screen. Burger king corporate needs to assess the quality of the machines their employees have to work with because they deal with enough without having to turn a bad situation around that was caused by a lack of machine maintenance.
