This used to be my least favorite location due to the staff being incompetent and rude at times. So, we haven’t been to this location for over a year. It was so good to see that ATL substantially reduced their prices after the nationwide chicken wing shortage was rectified. It’s also good to see that they hired some very friendly people. They still need to work on getting the orders correct. They really screwed up the order of the people in front of us. They didn’t screw up my order too much, but forgot a few things that I paid extra for. They were quick to fix the situation once I pointed it out. The only thing that keeps me from giving this five stars is the fact that they cater so heavily to the drive-through that the dining area and front counter go completely ignored. The owner needs to spend some time there on a Saturday and see how badly they need more help. This is on the owner and manager, not on the awesome employees I saw there today.

The wings here are very good. Spicy ATL(they can be really hot) and their lemon pepper are some of the best wings I've ever had. All of the red normal wing sauced ones are great too with the chef special being a mix of garlic and a nice medium sauce that is amazing. Tuesdays they have a wing special on bone in wings with the purchase of a drink or fry. The fries are a bit too crispy for my liking but if you like shoestring fries have at it. Service is quick and the staff is friendly too.

Extremely please with Jessie at this location. He is super friendly and has great positive vibes. He puts a lot of effort into what he does and it shows. This is rare to see these days. He’s an irreplaceable asset to the place and the food is on point! Delicious dry rubs and crispy wings!

I just had this most bizarre encounter at your power and main location that has me totally baffled. First let me start by saying I LOVE YALL WINGS. And specifically come to this location (use to a lot) because there was this manager that was so engaging and just set and created the experience, really amazing guy. Nonetheless, on 11/4/2023 around 11am, I placed my first order it was roughly $25 and when the woman (no idea her name) handed me the kids drink the entire top of the drink had soda on the lid. I went to grab it from her and when I did I tilted it to let the drink on top of the lid waste on the ground instead of myself or my truck. When I did this she wasn't paying attention to handing it to me and a couple drops hit her finger (I can't tell you if it was from me tilting the drink or because SHE OVER FILLED THE DRINK. NEVERTHELESS, she made like an "huh" sound rolled her eyes and shut the window on me. I thought it was rude but let it go. When leaving I realized I got wings instead of tenders for the kids meal, so I came back to the store, through the drive thru and told them I meant to order the tenders. I saw the lady helping the people in front of me but when I pulled up she had someone else come to the window. He took my card charged me then the manager comes. And I'm sorry but you guys can't be serious? His audacity is what made me want to lose it completely. The very young man said sir can I ask you a question, confused I said sure he said "did you throw some of that drink on my employee"? WHEN I TELL YOU I WAS SO DISTURBED AND DISAPPOINTED that he asked me this question, so, I said "you can't be serious" he's like no I am. Listen at this point, I get it. I understand you want to protect your employees, but, what is even that sir? You really tried me on a level that I never expected. First and foremost most, she had gloves on.....I paid $30 for this overpriced food that you got wrong to begin with and then to you're going to literally create a hostile environment by entertaining this delusional employee of yours? What in the world would possess him to even approach me like that is weird and so unprofessional and I hope someone teaches both of them basics of customer Service. Also, you have camera footage. Watch it, and afterwards please take it as a learning experience. I...

As others have mentioned, Super Bowl Sunday was a fail.

We ordered at around 2:30 for delivery at 3:50. Two DoorDash drivers stood around waiting for over 1/2 hr each stating that they had 20+ people ahead of them who had been waiting for over an hour.

I asked the first driver to please unassign the order as I didn’t want her to waste her valuable time waiting around. The second driver also messaged me and I told her the same thing and then cancelled my order. This was at around 5pm

I notice that the owner responded to another reviewer in a very disparaging manner, stating that they had signs up at the stores, advising people to pre-order by the 8th…. Implying they/we should have known……Great idea considering the lecture the prior reviewer got about it being the busiest day of the year….

The owner then blamed DoorDash and other third party delivery services for causing the problem. Um..: no sir/ma’am. You as a proprietor could have/should have turned off DoorDash orders! Greed caused the problem!

We have ordered from ATL via DD multiple times and have not had any problems so naturally we would do the same, realizing that it is the busiest day of the year and assuming (silly us) that the establishment would take the appropriate anticipatory steps to to accommodate ordering. Clearly that did not happen.

In my opinion management/owner wanted to maximize their orders for their big day and thought that with setting up the preordering requirement, they had done enough - nothing wrong with that…. Unless you don’t turn off online and 3rd party ordering!

Instead they created stress for their employees, cost DoorDash drivers time which obviously equates to money and lost previously loyal customers.

Poor decision making impacts more than just your bottom line. To be so blatantly unapologetic when someone leaves a truthful review shows a deep seated lack of awareness which I can only hope will improve after this disastrous busiest day...

We finally had a chance to stop in tonight. Unfortunately, a mixed review is necessary. We stopped in around 815ish. The prices are shocking. The increase warnings are posted; however, the price of the wings is almost double their value. We all understand price increases since the pandemic, but legitimately double? I can understand even paying a $10 increase or even $15 for a independently owned business, but double? No thanks. We decided to get a small order of wings, a salad, drinks, and some extra sides of sauce to try. After chaos and confusion of order mistakes and a disgusting attitude from the young girl working tonight, we finally tried and enjoyed the wings. It's sad how such a disrespectful, loud mouthed , employee can ruin something that actually has a good concept. Was it not for her, we may have came back despite the outrageous prices. I would never order a salad again but wings were great. The 2 young men working were helpful. Unfortunately, even after leaving the store, we watched the ignorance and complaints from the female continue from our car. If you dont want to fix orders, then dont mess them up. This girl is ruining the small amount of business that you currently have. We are very understanding that these are young kids working and do not expect much, but sheer disrespect and attitude should not be tolerated as it is driving business away including the couple that came in prior to closing that she sent away. Hope things get...
