We are trying to support small family businesses and heard about Giant Burger. So We ordered 3 simple hamburgers ( cheese burger, cheeseburger with bacon, and mushroom swiss burger) and traveled 20 minutes to go get food. Silvia said they were not busy at all and burgers would be ready in 10 mins. We quickly left and arrived 20 mins later. We were surprised w had to wait another 10 mins to get our food and drive home in anticipation to eat these yummy "giant" burgers. Well, out of the 3 simple burgers we ordered they only got 1 right. NO swiss mushroom burger at all and one plain burger with NOTHING on it at ALL but a burger between to very plain squished buns. Soooo Dissappointed!!! Why are they called Giant burgers? These Burgers were very normal sized maybe even smaller then normal However, these burgers were VERY PLAIN and BLAND tasting. Nothing special AT ALL. Seriously a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. We paid A LOT OF MONEY ($49.00) for 3 Wrong, Small, plain blah burgers with no taste at all. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!! I called and talked with Oscar letting him know what happened and he told me to bring both Hamburgers back tonight he would make correct burgers. i appreciated the gesture however it would take me 20+ mins to get there and he would be closed by then and besides we were hungry and had already waited over a total of an hour as it was and we had just ate most of the burger. (i didn't finish mine completely cause it was so tastless and blah and cold) i asked if he could just give me back my $ on 2 burgers? He said he would not be able to give me my money back for the 2 burgers that were wrong because we had already ate them. WELL YEAH, WE WERE STARVING! I explained to him it was 20 minutes to his restaurant and 20 minutes back... I was not going to spend another dime of gas and time going back-and-forth 40 minutes more. We were very frustrated and displeased. So much for trying to support local small businesses. Please Trust me when i say, Go to Whataburger Restaurant close-by instead, its in same corner and you WILL thank me later. VERY DISAPPOINTING in...

This is textbook bobs burgers. I have lived in AZ my whole life and Giant Hamburgers is now number 2 in my top 5 burger spots of the valley.

Starting with the atmosphere you will find yourself in a semi-spacious diner style eatery with spacious and comfortable booths; bar, and table seating. The music is soft and calm with the subtle hum of the open kitchen. The lighting is standard to most diners with table top lighting. The over all vibe is a a simple 70s-80s burger dine-in.

The service is splended and authentic with a proud owner who shows his pride and joy for the customers and his product. Ordering was quick and simple. The owner who was taking my order was through and truly cared for the interactions he was having with his customer. While i waited for my food i also witnessed compassion in the interactions between the owner and his staff. Truly a great crew.

Now what you are all here to hear about; the food. The menu is simple with burgers, dogs, chick3n sandwiches, seak, grilled fish, sides, griddle breakfast items, and omelets. I ordered the single chesse burger with everything (green chilis, onions, tomato, lettuce, and mayo), side of frys, and a drink. Giant Hamburgers has an open drinking fountain and ill have to say the syrup ratios are perfect and the carbonation is crisp. The frys were beyond any of my expectations, crisp, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. I cant put my finger on it but the seem almost like the frys have a coating or dredge of some sort. by far the best frys ive had in a while. Now for the burger 🍔! This burger was grilled fresh being juicy and seared at the same time. The veg was the freshes you can get, and the buns were tasted perfectly on the flat top. Being a just a single burger it was filling and comforting. Definitely a burger you would get when you want to reward yourself. The flavors all togeather of the toasted soft bun, crisp veg, savory cheesy patty just leaves you with that mouth wattering feeling of craving more!
