Brentwood West — Local services in Mesa

Not a great place to live as it is in a bad location. If you move there stay in the park as it is in a rather bad area of Mesa. To ascertain the nature of your neighbors just outside the park spend a little time at the Fry's food store at Lindsey and Broadway. There is also a pawn shop and massage parlor at the same intersection. WARNING: There is a serious scorpion problem there. It is so bad that a few nice residents have taken it upon themselves to go about at night with a black light and spray the scorpions. The office did not disclose the scorpion problem when I purchased a unit there. Guess I should have asked. Best to do careful research on pricing too if you plan on buying there. Also the management will use legal but tricky maneuvers to evict you if you get on their bad side so be careful there. Respond immediately to any and all complaints that are made against you such as weeds parking on the street overnight or stuff on your driveway. No, I have not been evicted but saw what they did to a resident there, just my opinion. A very few residents are bitter people and will harass you and complain to management if they take a disliking to you. Gated and has two pools and was "updated" about two yeas ago. I did not see a problem with motorcycles there. No desert or Superstition Mountain views as claimed on some of their internet promotional sites. There are better places so stay away from this...

Never will buy rent o r even visit this place again.We were going to buy a home there and we're turned down because we have one to many pets. And this was a cash sale for 81000.00 they never even asked to see if we had the money to pay and to pay the 745.00 how fees. My inner worth is around 500,000.00. with a check that comes ever month of 3700.00 And my wife has about another 250,000.00 in the bank also. Your loss we would have loved the park. We also have two boats and a trailer at a monthly rate of 40.00 per month would have made good money...

Brentwood West is a beautiful property with a lot of amenities including 2 pools and jacuzzis, dog park, lovely walking path, tennis/pickleball courts, pool tables, and work out room to name a few. The property is well maintained and the staff is very responsive to the needs of the residents.
