Went store on Lindsay and Broadway mesa.1-17-20 10:30 p.m. It was absolutely horrible. I was made to wait over 30 minutes for one sandwich while I watched others that came in after me receive their food. The workers in the kitchen appeared as if they were completely confused as to what they were doing. When I finally got my sandwich it was cold and wasn't even prepared correctly, missing the onions and only had one tiny little fragment of lettuce, they also put so much mustard on it that it had actually soaked through to the top of the bun making a whole sandwich soggy with mustard. absolutely ridiculous. If I could give zero Stars I would. Update thought I would give the store on Lindsay and Broadway another try on December 18th at 11:00 a.m. It was a horrible mistake. I could see they have made no changes to the management. They had four people trying to figure out how ring out a gift card at one register while everyone waiting to place an order stood in line for 15 minutes. I thought maybe the manager would have been smart enough to say put one of these three people standing here doing nothing on another register to help customers, but no the guy is completely incompetent. Employees are incapable of taking orders correctly, which is fully due to incompetent management and training. I’ve only gone here 3 times and will not be returning. First time was okay, long wait (about 20 mins) but got the correct food. Second time, I was there for over an hour, got a completely different order and wrong drinks, I then went back to get the correct order, which took over 30 mins. I checked the bags and it looked correct but when I got home I saw that my burger was not included, and my boyfriend’s had mayo which we asked them to leave off. Only got one order of fries, and one cookie in the kids meals (2). Then tonight I decided to try again in hopes that my last experience was a one time thing. NOPE!!!!! Got the wrong kids meal, and wrong burger. I called in and told them I am unable to come back tonight and asked for a refund (like I got last time for the missing burger) and was told I would have to come back in order for them to process a refund (which was not required last time, they processed the refund over the phone because I paid with card and didn’t require cash back). Read moreGood day, I arrived at the Whataburger off of Lindsay and Broadway location. The parking looked like there may be a few guests inside the building eating. I ordered my meal through the Whataburger app. The app requested I go inside the building and pick up my meal inside. I went into the location. The inside was clean and seemed sufficiently staffed. My meal did take around 10 minutes from when I arrived at the order desk for online orders till when I received my meal. I was pleased with getting fresher onion rings and fresh apple pie. I was given my sweet tea drink within a minute of being at the counter. I enjoyed some sweet tea while I waited for my meal. I received my meal and I left to eat my meal at home. All of the components to the meal was sufficiently hot and tasty. Sufficient size patties, mushroom, cheese and condiments. I also ordered onion rings instead of french fries.
