Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mesa

We had previously gone to another location for pizza, closer to the house but they were backed up with customers even standing outside so I placed an order online at another location. I know I know- I should've, could've done it for this location but my absentmindedness paid off THIS time! We then went on to the location I THOUGHT I had ordered from but I had the wrong one based on my order... Dang all I wanted was a couple of pizzas. When we determined I was at the wrong location they sent me here to the Gilbert Rd and Broadway location. It's a tiny little spot in the middle of a busy tiny strip mall with their kitchen area just a fraction of most locations but they all worked together like a fine oiled machine as they pumped out pizzas. I am excited, overjoyed, ecstatic, pleased call it what you want but we were so impressed by their pizza I almost couldn't believe it was Little Ceasar's pizza!! So fresh and hot with gobs of cheese, it was as if I had just taken the pie right out of my own oven. We have since been back three additional times with the same level of professional service and excellent pizza!! I live about 20 minutes east of this location but was coming home after a doctors appointment near there, and stopped to get the kids an easy dinner. I got pizza for them, and some wings for me. I bit in to the wings and this is what they looked like. I called the store and they told me that there is no way they are undercooked, but if I really wanted to, to bring them back. I told them that I live 20 minutes east of that location, and I won’t be back in that area for another week, and I assumed they would just give me a credit or something or take my name down or something that way I could get your wings next week, but then they just assured me again that there is no way that they could have been undercooked because they “put them in the oven 2 different times at 475 degrees”. New review 6/28/22- picked up pizza, we go home to eat and my husband goes to bite into his piece and FINDS A LONG BLONDE OR RED HAIR BAKED INTO THE DOUGH!!🤢🤢 We call the store telling who we assume was the manager, we request a refund he tells us to take back the pizza which we do and gives us a refund. He then proceeded to tell us not to ever go back in to that store! No apologies just a smug attitude. We wont be returning to that place regardless of his request. Theyq should make their employees wear hair nets whenever they are making the food. Gross.....

Every time I buy a 5 dollar pizza it's always burnt and dry like it's been sitting there for hours. Gross. Better off going to the one on mesa drive...
