Ordered over the phone last night I was told it would be about 35 minute delivery I waited over an hour then I called. I was on speaker phone so I was a little Loud I was told my pizza was ready 15 minutes ago and it was going to take another 15 to 20 minutes before driver were to take for delivery, I asked Why was I given a 35 minute delivery? Employee told me we were dead an hour ago and then we just became busy, She asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager I agreed and I was hung up on. I called back Manager answered, She told me she was shorthanded people called in sick, I told her I would come pick up the pizza but I did not want to Be charged for the delivery fee. As I arrived to pick up the pizza they had a hard time finding it And when they did I opened the Box it was cold cheese had hardend Just didn't look good so I asked for a refund. I understand being shorthanded but just don't make anything that's going to sit for an hour before delivery. And if you truly are that far behind let your customers know we can come pick them up. Then I placed my order and paid for it online. Two pizzas were delivered to my door and the driver was asking for payment for the "second pizza," which we declined as we did not order it. The pizza he left was completely wrong. I called the store and spoke with "Aden" who identified himself as the manager. He said that he "assumed" I would still be wanting the first pizza, which I never ended up ordering. I asked to speak to his manager, and he said he was the manager. I cancelled all "orders" and requested a refund. First I was told I had not been charged, but when I reminded "Aden" that I had paid for it online suddenly I was told he would refund it. Read moreI ordered for the first time and although it wasn’t ideal I want to give management and the delivery driver from this location a huge shout out and a big thank you. I waited for over an hour when I’m just minutes down the street. The manager did call me and say the delivery driver went to my home and a gentleman told him he didn’t order pizza. I had explained it wasn’t my home and no one ever showed up so she said they would remake my order fresh and it would be delivered asap. The driver called me after and explained the same thing. I waited outside this time and flagged him down, he admitted he was at the wrong house the first time and apologized.
