I took my 10 year old daughter here for a haircut. The lady who cut her hair was Cynthia (with the tattoo sleeves). I can tell you the customer service skills definitely need to be worked on. It was to the point that my daughter left upset from how she felt in her presence. There was no smile from Cynthia whatsoever first off. I work in a customer service oriented field and a smile goes a LONG way. She stated at me for a minute and asked "What are we doing?" in a mono tone kind of manner. I told her we wanted to take a few inches off and showed her to about where we wanted it cut. I asked her how many inches and she said "well it depends" and proceeded to measure with her fingers the inches and told me. I then asked her if she could make sure the ends were more texturized than a straight choppy look. And she looked at me for a minute or two and rudely told me "So it looks like she needs a hair cut?" I tried to explain to her the best I could and she was not helpful at all so I simply told her "Whatever you think looks best" I could hear her telling my daughter that she needed to straighten her head a few times. Although I was watching her the whole time and she was not moving. When we got in the car my daughter (before I could even say anything) told me the lady was not so nice who kept pushing her head and telling her she had to keep it straight (tearing up). We will not be back to this location. I really hope you work on your customer service with not only adults but children. I was pretty shocked with the negative manner that radiated...

Read moreI needed to get my son's hair cut today. I checked in on the app with a 52 minute estimated wait. I arranged my schedule to accommodate this wait ie drive time other commitments etc. When I got there the lady at the desk told me there was still an additional 40 minute wait as well as a "shift change" that will effect the length of the wait as well. She also told me since the wait was so long I had to leave and come back. Needless to say an additional 40 minutes on top of the previously quoted 50 minute wait made the wait time in reality well over a 90 minute wait and then even more time due to the "shift change" I am not sure why someone coming in to work and someone leaving work would disrupt the progression of business so heavily. I completely understand the wait quoted on the app is an ESTIMATE. However almost double the estimate in actual wait time is unacceptable. Needless to say I miss my other commitments that were planned on that day. This is a perfect example of why the ONLY reason we bring our children here for hair cuts is the simple fact that it is so close and convenient from the house. No other reason and this experience...
