Starbucks — Restaurant in Mesa

Last night around 7pm we went to target and as we left went to this Starbucks. We waited several minutes to get service. Nobody was up front and I ended up walking to the side door open it and said hello. A girl came out but not friendly didn’t say anything and looked disgruntled. No smile and had a bad attitude. We asked for a chai tea w oat milk and 2 extra pumps of chai for my wife. We paid and she walked over to make drink without giving my a receipt. She made the drink quickly then proceeded to help the other people in line. The drink was a full cup of oat milk with 2 squirts of chai… not even a Starbucks recipe. I hope management sees this and trains their personal better. I would go back and get my money back but I didn’t get receipt and it was only 6 bucks. We have had several bad experiences at...

Girl working the front register at Starbucks could not have been worse. Standoffish, rude, not friendly, not welcoming, and clearly did not want to be there. If you care to look into it, occurred today 9/7, around 9am MST. She was the only one working. Not sure how she got hired, but I wouldn’t go see her ever again if my drink was free every single time. We wanted to buy tumblers as well and I said nah, let’s go across the street to the real Starbucks. She stared at us, wouldn’t say a word, we said hello, she stared, said nothing, we asked how her day was, she copped attitude, wanted a simple drink order repeated and raised her voice.
