i gave birth here to my first kid and i highly recommend not to . as i was crying in pain like any other mother i was being yelled at by the dr himself and got his finger pointed in my face which cause my family to get triggered after giving birth the nurses that came in to check up were horrible one of the night nurses came into my room and the first thing she said was âhave you not changed your babyâs diaperâ then proceeded to change him just to say âohh you are good on thatâ as if i didnât do it. yes im a first time mom who was around a lot of my baby cousins growing up then the same nurse tried getting on to me for not feeding my baby when i fed him at 2:30am and it was only 4am and i was waiting until 4:30 she proceeded to tell me i needed to wake him up to feed him and if needed make him mad so heâll accept the bottle i can not tell you how much milk we wasted as i finally told them that i was not gonna be doing that cause he will let me know when he is hungry as we were discharge the front desk people stopped the father to my son trying to tell him they werenât gonna let us leave until we paid the full hospital bill as he told them no they need to run the insurance first and send us the bill just for the front desk to look at him saying âsweetie you donât understand what im sayingâ yes we both look young yes this is our first child but he also works for a insurance company as a supervisor and has delt with the same issue i highly do NOT recommend this place to anyone as we will not be coming back if we have any...
Read moreI went into the er with severe abdominal pain and throat pain. I spoke with my gi and they directed me to banner Gateway. I have been to Gateway er several times. The staff was amazing coordinating with my Dr to have my admitted. The care while I was in the er was excellent they were caring, explained what was going on, why they needed to do certain tests and were considerate of my needs until my room was ready upstairs. Once in my room, the staff was very courteous getting me all settled in, explaining what tests were ordered for the next day (since it was late at night when I got up there). They made sure I was comfortable and gave me all the meds i usually take at home. For the most part I was left alone to sleep for the night. The next day my Dr personally called my room and scheduled my surgery. The nurses were great about keeping my pain under control and always made sure I knew when my next dose of meds were available to me. If I needed to use the nurse button. They were always very fast at responding (like seriously with in a minute of pressing the button). I had a great experience and trust me before this visit I was the biggest anti banner person you will ever meet! Thank you to all the amazing staff for taking such great care of me...
Read more5â my first visit, Brian got me in immediately! I've been in alot of ankle pain.. Everyone up front was sweet and helpful! The wait was long but I was just appreciative they were seeing me so promptly! Saw PA Julie Moore, her and the asst were wonderful! Got me sch for an MRI the following morning and a scheduled follow up appt with PA Andrew to review the MRI results for the following week! It was great in my book!
3â 2nd visit regarding wait timeđ Granted I arrived early, I'm not counting that time. Appt was scheduled for 1030am, I saw ppl come and go while waiting, waiting and waiting to be called back. No one said anything to me about their running behind or any update. So I inquire 40mins after my scheduled appt?! Ok, I understand we're all human however I had another appt since on that side of town, the least that could of happened is an update advising me. Definitely was frustrating..
5â to PA Andrew and the asst! Thx you both. Although I definitely would of appreciated an update thank you for getting me in and out!
In hopes the patients time will be taken into consideration for...
