Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Mesquite

Driving though town and happened to stop by for a quick snack. Ordered 6 sandwiches "ONLY" sandwiches. Which included 1 turkey blt, 1 grilled chicken, and 4 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. The girl who took our order read it back correctly, got to the the window and she took our money. Waited 30 minutes for our food, then she gave us 4 sandwiches which were incorrect. Gave us 4 grilled chicken sandwiches and a different girl (blonde) came back and gave us our other 2 sandwiches. We informed her that we ordered 4 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches, 1 grilled and 1 turkey blt. She instantly got defensive, grabbed the receipt and told us it was wrong and that she needed to keep the receipt, didn't once ask if we wanted a copy or let us see it. We have 5 people with us which includes myself, we all heard the girl who took our order read it back correctly. For the blonde girl to come back and state that we were wrong is not okay. She had a bad attitude and quote said "we can remake it if you want" which to me i find rude. She should of said okay that was our bad let us make this right for you and fix this. But we honestly told her it wasn't worth our time and left. Ate the plain tastless sandwiches she gave us and were not happy with the service we were provided with.. This place has the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced .. tonight, 8:40 pm get in line .. wait 10 min for the vehicle I couln't see, order and proceed to pick up their goods .. 2 more cars ahead of me after one truck already pulled out of line .. the car at the order menu is greated with welcome to DQ, we'll be back to take your order, which ended up being, sorry, its 9 o'clock now and we're closed .. what a joke .. to not take any order of vehicles waiting in Iine for that long is totally unacceptable.. not sure who manages this place, but the employees need a lot of retraining in customer service and time management .. its ice cream for hell sakes, not a meal ... can hardly wait for the managers canned response .. don't bother .. for one who likes to support local business, this is a last time for me .. several attempts before hasnt been...

My last trip to this location was in September of 2014, so I don't know if it's still under the same management and stuff. But the place was amazing! I ordered the Banana Cream Pie Blizzard on a few different occasions and it was DELECTABLE. Seriously. They were very generous with portions and the flavor was absolutely on point. If DQ still had that on their menu, I'd probably drive all of the way to Mesquite from Las Vegas just for one. That good.
