Subway — Restaurant in Mesquite

This is in a gas station. The food was what I’d expect from subway. The service was terrible. There were three people behind the counter. The guy behind the counter moved like he was asleep, no exaggeration. Super slow. Of the two women behind the counter one had earphones in that she actually had to remove in order to hear someone else’s order, and they all would start working on an order before just randomly leaving to the back, leaving the order just sitting there. We waited for a little over 15 minutes for our food. In that time they managed to make one sandwich for the person in front of us and our two sandwiches. In the time we were there the line piled up to a total of eight people behind us and at least one person I could see at the drive-thru window. Each order had to be repeated multiple times, and the staff seemed annoyed and was argumentative when my wife asked to add ham and turkey to her cold cut combo.

Maybe we came in on what was just a really bad day, or everyone was new. I consider myself a fairly laid back, easy going kind of guy, but the service here was still some of the worst I’ve ever...

Waited 50 minutes at the drive through. The employee was sorry she forgot I was there but then rude and unhelpful when she charged me for a footlong when I gave her a paper with clearly written 6 inch on it then she slammed the window shut and ignored when i honked lightly so i went inside she then refused to correct her mistake and said there's no manager on site would not tell me when there would be one she was rude and unprofessional could barely see the name on her tag but it looked like Lilian or something close to it. This employee needs to be retrained or there needs to be a manager on site. Also after getting home there was incorrect bread and no cheese on either sandwhich and the bread was burnt and hard. We ordered online since we are traveling and just want to grab and go! Called to delay pick up by 15mins and they couldn’t find my online order. The worker who answered was super friendly and understanding and took our order to make sure it was ready when we arrived.
