Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Mesquite

I'm not sure what is happening at this particular Jack in the Box. It seems they are attempting to pad the daily numbers and speed by pushing you thru the drive up window where you pay after ordering, per usual, except you are then asked to pull up front and park and wait patiently to receive your not so fast food. To make your experience that much more enjoyable, you are charged full price of about $15 for a combo meal (sourdough bacon cheeseburger combo). That does not resemble anything that the price would suggest. Not once, not even 2 times, but the 3rd is the best. I walk into the restaurant to order my usual, young lady behind counter is eating her food, while on her phone, turns around and looks at me does not greet or even acknowledge I'm there, to go back to finishing her bite of food turn around abd ask if I needed something l, proceed to take my order and than go right back to what she was doing. I hate to leave a bad review in my small town. We need the selection. Yet this is nowhere near anything I would want anyone else to encounter. Poor service, poor hygiene, and poor quality...

I went to this location, ordered two sourdough, combos and much to my surprise. My burgers had no burger I live about 32 miles from this location. I was approximately halfway home when I noticed this which was I was in no way able to go back so I tried to reach out to the store by phone. Unfortunately, nobody would ever answer the phone at this location. I have submitted an online complaint I will post any updates if I receive any feedback from them I mean it’s pretty sad when you go and spend about $25 on food and live so far away and you can’t even get the food that you ordered. Very disappointing. And as in many of the other posts, I would agree that whether they’re busy or not, they continually make you pull out of the drive-through line to go wait in front of the store for them to bring it out to you. I’m not really sure what the reasoning behind that is especially when I had nobody in front of me nor anybody in line behind me when I was there ordering so I’m not sure why they like rush you through their...

Ordered through the drive thru, same order I've placed at this location several times. My total was much higher than normal. I was charged for pickles on a burger that comes with them. Charged for a small curly when I ordered a value and charged $2.39 for a small cup of water. When I asked Miquel at the window why my total was higher than normal he said "sometimes the menu prices are not the same as my computer" WAIT WHAT!?! A woman came to the window and was extremely rude and said he charged you correctly and shut the window and walked away. As I started to pull away I saw that the Jr that I ordered with mustard and pickle only was ketchup and pickle. So I pulled up and went inside to get it fixed. Curly fries were cold like they had been sitting for awhile. The worst part about this entire experience is, don't EVER assume that your customers don't understand Spanish.
