Saturday 10-12-24 8:50 pm Ordered for delivery, driver hurried to place entire order on porch without even ringing doorbell. Pizza was cold, no marinara sauce for breadsticks, wrong drink was given as well. Called to speak with an employee, employee says driver is not responsible for doordash but it is you PIZZA PATRON who prepares the orders for customers delivery. Then while still on the phone (me the customer) hears the employee speaking amongst co-workers & not even replying back to resolve the issue on the phone. I have to tell you PIZZA PATRON employee you have ZERO PROFESSIONALISM & have no business in customer service at all. What a waste of time & money at this location. I arrived a couple of minutes early, checked in, and was informed my order should be ready in about 5 minutes. About 5 minutes pass, and I watch the employee remove my pizzas from the oven, then locate, chop, and dress with cilantro, then stack the boxes and set them to the side. He continues to work on other items such as boxing other pizzas and placing them in the warmer, and filling salsa into cups before he decides to bring my order which was close to 15 minutes after the order should've been ready. Furthermore, the choriqueso was made incorrectly. They did not use a maize crust, or chorizo, but rather beef and sausage with a regular crust; I have had the choriqueso several times at the Garland Rd/Miller Rd location. I'm a loyal customer and have always loved your pizza and service. However, my recent visit April 18 around 8:30 pm was a letdown. The service was rude and unfriendly, which was a stark contrast to my usual experience. The pizza itself was freshly made, but unfortunately, the cheese was melted all over the box, making a mess. I'm surprised given the usual high quality of your pizzas.
I hope you can look into the service issues and ensure pizzas are packaged properly. I'd appreciate a refund or discount on my next order.
