Burger King — Restaurant in Mesquite

The food is usually fine but the drive thru lines are ridiculous. I've spent over 20 minutes waiting in line after i ordered three times this month and I just dread going there. I only ordered one cherry icee and had to wait forever because you can't even get out of the line if you want to because of the curb.Another time there was a customer who got the wrong food and walked back up to the drive thru window and was screaming at them. Obviously it wasn't there fault that we had to wait for her rant to finish but it's not normal for such long waits at the small drive thru.

Lately they have had really rude customer service. I asked if I could add a $1 drink to my order and I had exact change. The cashier said just one second and then a big guy came around the corner screaming no if we want a drink we can drive around. The lady apologized for him but said no she couldn't add the drink. So I sat there waiting for my food forever and then they asked me to pull around and wait for the onion rings. Like they had all the time in the world to make the drink but just wouldn't. At least 50% of the time when I order plain cheeseburgers they still put everything on them.

In all honesty I just go somewhere else usually. If it wasn't for my husband I wouldn't go...

General manager Keila … should be fired. 1. Employee was honest & told me they forgot my order after I had been waiting in the drive through for 10 min that alone had gotten me a but upset but wtv brushed it off he told me to come back around that that his manager is going to take care of the refund because I requested a refund. Come through the drive-through of course this other customers also in the drive-through so I had to wait another 10 minutes and once I made it to the window, the general manager seemed clearly overwhelmed I understand but She didn’t even Read or anything I had to be the one to say oh like like I’m wanting my refund and she just said OK give me the keypad thing because I paid with Apple Pay and when I mentioned to her that her employee had offered coupons for the long wait and forgetting my order she brought back two coupons that said free fries with the purchase of meal. I’m very disappointed, especially because they wasted my time and the general manager did not resolve anything if anything she made it worse because she was giving an attitude when I had no fault in anything I understand, falling behind in orders, but The least she could’ve done is make up for the long wait and forgetting my order never again going to...

Today was a great day to sit and have supper. My niece wanted Burger King (BK). I told her great choice! I have in my pocket a few coupons and was ready to use them. We placed our order and OMG, the smells coming from the kitchen were crazy. I knew our food was going to be gooooood! My coupon was for a two person meal. BK sandwiches with fries and drinks. My niece is 7 years old, she ate her fries and mine too. She had the whopper with cheese sandwich but didn't tell the cashier no veggies. Our food was HOT!! Loved it! A few minutes before we received our food, a storm came through knocked out the electricity for a brief moment. The manager on duty was awesome! She took extra care of me and my niece.
