The person taking my order which I didn't know was the manager was rushing me while I looked at their drive tru menu even after I ask nicely to give me a minute telling her it was my 2 or 3rd time having Taco cabana so I really wasn't familiar with the menu all this time no car was in window of drive thru nor behind me so I wasn't just been rude and holding people, I've worked in several Fast food places managed the last one for several years so I do have a clarity of what it like behind the scenes first and most importantly is you greeting your guest at drive thru speaker or inside front cashier make them feel welcome and offer assistance or give tips on what they might want or like based on information you get back from what the customer might be looking for that either helps make a smoother faster order but also have a happy customer at the end of the process because each and every customer deserves fair and equal treatment, yes even in rush hours but lately or more often this is not happening and more of becoming a trend unfortunately this was my experience here for a costumer who is trying or giving my business to this place believe me I wont be going back just because you would expect better from the management herself ,so as I was saying shes rushing me thru my order with a cold cut ok your total is so so and I had to twice stop her and tell her excuse me am not done ordering before she had someone else in speaker and asked all over again what was it that I wanted this really annoyed me but I did placed order since its not this new ladys fault how the first one acted ,once again no cars in front nor behind me and on parking lot still the only 3 cars as when I pulled in .lady at window African American nice ,courteous lady I immediately recognized her as the second lady that ended up taking my order after the first one was a rush rush overly annoyed employee (still didn't know this had been the STORE MANAGER) so I paid the lady at window and was asked if I could pull to the front and park that my order would be right out I did but tough this is weird no one behind me but ok I parked in front of store facing both sides no cars in. Or out until after about 3 minutes of waiting I see a car in drive thru go in and out 4 more minutes passed and I call the number on receipt for inquiries etc speak to a representative as am waiting and tell her my experience and that I am still waiting for my order which was 2 steak tacos a side of rice a desert sopapilla as am in phone with her I finally get someone bring out my order I say thank you. I opened bag to verify because it was very light and felt quite empty so I opened my tacos and am shocked it is a cold/warm tortillas and nothing but 4-5 thin pieces of steak In each now this tacos are almost $4 a piece and I get nothing but tortilla and thin piece of steak am in disbelief I tell and ask the representative how is this right and the order of rice it was some what warm but looked dry and old definitely not a fresh batch this was around lunch time so opening time for this restaurant the sopapilla desert was a kiddy size in my humble opinion .so representative took my information as to my opinion of the whole visit /waiting time for cold old just overall bad quality apologized repetitively and said this is not the way the company do business I took since I know not everyone is like this she also asked me if I spoke with the store manager and told her no and really at this point I didn't wanted to speak nor go thru drive thru after this happened she took my information down apologize once more then we hang up .I sat there looking at my order as am still hungry and just spent my money on something that just didn't even look appealing I feel some what bad for not speaking up and giving the manager try to make this better so I called the store ask to speak to store manager and when I started to say that I had just gone thru drive thru and how it had been I noticed she got all jumpy and annoyed in her voice and said yes it was me said ok...

I go through the driver thru to pick it up to save the cashiers from having to walk outside. She tells me "you have to go around it aint ready yet" ok fine no problem. Im a patient person so I waited..and waited..and waited. Finally its 955 and I already called twice and only voicemail picks up. I tried cancelling and when I pushed the button it says to call the store 🤦. I go through the drive-thru again. The same (white lady sorry dont know her name)cashier says "you didnt come in???" I say "no I ordered curbside"🤦🤷🤷. They cant even bring it to the drive thru when youre trying to help them and then tell me "go around" and still have attitude? I told her I wanted to cancel. The manager comes and tells me their phone isnt working. And that I'm supposed to call when I'm curbside but since their phones aren't working they didnt know if I left? It was just a mess. I tell her I had a leg injury and thats why I ordered online and tried to help them by going in the drive thru. I still take my bag of tacos since they already went through the trouble of making it AGAIN me trying to be nice. So we get home and I am MISSING A TACO. But i had to place one start so i could "POST" the am "manager" if you can call her that was or is not ready to be that. i pulled up to the menu and was not greeted politely. my response was good morning. i placed my order and was told that i would have the total at the window. when i got that response I should have just drove off and gone to McDonald's across the street. i waited and when they started to get a line of cars the very polite and courteous young man working the drive thru opened the window and asked what was mu order. i told him that she had my order because i wanted to talk to her. she came to the DT area barked out my order and never came to the window to talk to me even when i asked the DT person to call her. i asked her name it's Rachel. I keep telling the DT person that I wanted a discount but I really did not. i just wanted to talk to the manager. he offered me some free tacos that i refused telling him that was not what i wanted. i felt i should have had a discount on my order for the inconvenience. but it really was not. all i wanted to do was to talk to the manager. bottom line Service Sucks at this place and it's not the first time. the moral of this long story is.
