I visit this location once a week after I get done studying at Starbucks for the evening. I don't know why I continuously bother to enter those doors. This evening I walk in to see that I will only be the 4th person in line. 30 minutes later, I walk out with my dinner. This location has rocks for brains. I get to the front of the line and one of the employees is cleaning the tortilla heater. The whole time she is moving so slowly, turning around to chat with a coworker and then she had to line the heater with aluminum foil. I am watching as another employee stands there trying to wait for her to finish this task so he can heat tortillas for online orders. This location always fills several online orders between each physically present customer, making the line 10 times longer. Instead of the employee asking if I would like something that requires a tortilla vs. a bowl, he continued to stand at the heater to wait for the lady to figure out how to secure aluminum foil to the heater. To work more efficiently, the employees need to communicate with one another. The young man frantically trying to warm tortillas should have just checked in on me and asked if I was ordering a bowl or a taco/burrito. I was there to order a bowl. He could have then skipped the online order for another minute or two while filling my order then move back to the tortilla heater. They also need to keep the online orders over to the other side of the kitchen where there is an assembly line specifically made for that purpose. But instead they shut down that station every evening around 7pm when people are flooding into this place to get their dinner. After my 30 minute wait in a line of 4 people with at least 5 items for mobile orders being filled between each person, the physical line had grown to 20 people. I felt so bad for them. I knew they last person in that line would be waiting an hour before they got their food.
Ps. Portions are small, most employees don't make eye contact or communicate. I did notice that at least for this visit, the manager was MUCH more friendly. This is due to many complaints that I and...
Read moreThis is for Kaylee Wilson the lady who put a bad review. What a way to lie and play the victim. I was right behind you in line, and what you’re saying is simply not true. To begin with, there was definitely a line of people waiting, and as a customer, I was bothered to see that you didn’t have your order ready. You were distracted — even on your phone — and when it was your turn to be helped, you were away from the counter, which only made things more confusing. The young employee was simply doing his job in a fast-food restaurant, where it’s normal for things to move quickly. You ordered a bowl and a burrito, but since you weren’t paying attention or present at the counter, the worker logically assumed the burrito was for the older man who was actually standing there at the time. The confusion came directly from your lack of attention, not from any rudeness on the employee’s part. What’s most frustrating is that the rest of us customers shouldn’t have to wait longer just because you didn’t feel like paying attention or thought you had all day to place your order. I personally waited more time than I should have, all because of your lack of consideration for others. That’s unfair and selfish. I come to this restaurant frequently and have been helped by that same young man multiple times. Not once have I found him rude quite the opposite. I actually appreciate how quick and efficient he is with orders, which clearly shows his experience and skill. And if your grandfather has trouble hearing, why didn’t you stay by his side to help him? You can’t expect a worker to guess that. I find it incredibly unfair that you’re trying to tear this young man down just because he’s behind a counter. No one is above anyone else because of the kind of job they have. Respect goes both ways, and in this case, the employee was treated with a...
Read moreThese people are SO rude!! Me and my grandfather walked into chipotle with NO line, and before I could reach the front, this young male worker goes “what do you want” I kinda giggled because I thought “geez” but I let it go and continued to order for me and my grandmother who was at home. I told him I wanted a bowl and burrito. He started my bowl and passed it to the young lady as I continued to order for the bowl. As I was still ordering for my bowl and answering to the young lady, the young male worker goes “what do you want on your burrito” I politely told him to give me a second as I was currently ordering for the bowl. This made him mad as he slid threw my empty burrito to the side, and started on my pops bowl. He started the same thing with my pops. Talking so fast that my pops couldn’t understand him. Mind you, there’s still no line behind us. My pops has troubled hearing so my pops told him politely “you’re going so fast I can’t understand you or hear you” this is when the male worker responds “this is a fast food restaurant get with it” obviously this upset my pops and he responded with “are you getting smart with me?” The male worker then proceeded to smirk at him. My pops asked for the manager and no one helped him until the manager heard him. The manager didn’t ask what happened just that he would “work with him” I completely understand if people have bad days, but if that’s the case it’s best to stay home. There is no need to take your anger out on other people especially...
