WORST STARBUCKS EVER! REGRETS! I can truly attest this as the WORST Starbucks I have ever visited. I blame management for this. Quite routinely, they are out of stock with dairy items, creams, etc. Once, the refrigerators broke and I believe they were using the ice machine to keep products from spoiling. As far as the baristas, don't believe they even have a clue on how to make a decent cup of coffee. The cold brews are watery, lack flavor, or aren't mixed well. My favorite of all times isn't even the coffees, but the world famous chocolate croissant! It is very RARE that they have them in stock. Again, I blame the manager for most, if not all of this. Managers should be in control of proper ordering and forecasting, training of employees, and overall service. This location is a pure let down, plain and simple.

Giving this place two stars only bc they are fast and most of the time sweet. Although this place really skimps on coffee, they fill the cups to the rim with ice. Anytime I ask for light ice I never see a difference. It’s irritating bc your paying for the full cup but always get half of it. I asked for no ice at some point and they only gave me half. Not sure if it’s company policy but I don’t pay so much for ice. I ordered a venti to get more coffee if they just wanted me to pay more & they gave me the cup almost full of ice when I asked for light ice as well. (When I had taken the picture some ice had already melted btw)

This is the only Starbucks I’ve been to where I ask for light ice and to compensate for the ice they throw in extra milk. I asked for a venti brown sugar oat milk espresso with light ice…the girl handed me a very light colored drink. I told her this looks different. She said oh we poured in extra milk since you asked for light ice. I told her I still want my drink to taste like coffee. they remade it and handed me a drink 3/4 off the way full. I just moved 3 min away from this location and I go to Starbucks every morning. After this cheap/greedy experience from this location I will not be going back.

I’ve been to this Starbucks on several times now because it’s the closest one to my Dr’s office and I still don’t know how I feel about it. I usually go around 10a and every time, the drive thru line is out of control with little movement. I personally always order ahead and walk in to get my order so the first time I went, I expected to do just that... I ordered about 10 minutes prior arriving but still had to wait well over 30 minutes to get my drink (I never got my food item and did not have any more time to wait as I had to return to work).... No one even asked me what I was waiting on and when I finally got my drink, the girl was so rushed I couldn’t even ask her about my food item. On subsequent visits, it’s been a similar story with long wait times even when ordering ahead- I even ordered before I left the office because of my first experience and my drink STILL wasn’t ready. The drinks themselves are good, I have no complaints there... and the baristas are nice (enough) though I can tell they are stressed and lacking structure... I don’t want to be too harsh on them but there is no reason for the lines to always be super long in the drive thru and have handfuls of people waiting inside as well..... it was one thing if it was all due to having a lot of business but I don’t think that’s the case as usually the same car that was in the drive thru window is the same car still there when I leave.... something...

This location is closest to me but I literally drive to any other location simply because they take forever.. it’s not even busy..not sure if they have new workers or understaffed. The one on hwy30 have way more customers same amount of staff and they don’t miss a beat and are so efficient with their drive thrus. Everyday I’m a little late to work driving to another location which I completely do not mind since I have a long drive and even ordering at this location I’m waiting awhile and the drinks half of the time still isn’t correct .. it’s gotten worse over the past year or so.. I stopped getting caramel drizzle on my order cause they forget and I was never reimburse even after speaking with management This is my 5th time having an issue with the way they do service lol I had taken the review off initially cause they had good service once but it seems this is not consistent at all..my previous review was the staff loves gossiping and complaining out loud about customers in front of them worrying more of gossip than bringing orders out efficiently.. I know some customers are extra but Work elsewhere if...
