Iāve been to this Starbucks on several times now because itās the closest one to my Drās office and I still donāt know how I feel about it. I usually go around 10a and every time, the drive thru line is out of control with little movement. I personally always order ahead and walk in to get my order so the first time I went, I expected to do just that... I ordered about 10 minutes prior arriving but still had to wait well over 30 minutes to get my drink (I never got my food item and did not have any more time to wait as I had to return to work).... No one even asked me what I was waiting on and when I finally got my drink, the girl was so rushed I couldnāt even ask her about my food item. On subsequent visits, itās been a similar story with long wait times even when ordering ahead- I even ordered before I left the office because of my first experience and my drink STILL wasnāt ready. The drinks themselves are good, I have no complaints there... and the baristas are nice (enough) though I can tell they are stressed and lacking structure... I donāt want to be too harsh on them but there is no reason for the lines to always be super long in the drive thru and have handfuls of people waiting inside as well..... it was one thing if it was all due to having a lot of business but I donāt think thatās the case as usually the same car that was in the drive thru window is the same car still there when I leave.... something...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location is closest to me but I literally drive to any other location simply because they take forever.. itās not even busy..not sure if they have new workers or understaffed. The one on hwy30 have way more customers same amount of staff and they donāt miss a beat and are so efficient with their drive thrus. Everyday Iām a little late to work driving to another location which I completely do not mind since I have a long drive and even ordering at this location Iām waiting awhile and the drinks half of the time still isnāt correct .. itās gotten worse over the past year or so.. I stopped getting caramel drizzle on my order cause they forget and I was never reimburse even after speaking with management This is my 5th time having an issue with the way they do service lol I had taken the review off initially cause they had good service once but it seems this is not consistent at all..my previous review was the staff loves gossiping and complaining out loud about customers in front of them worrying more of gossip than bringing orders out efficiently..
