Dunkin' — Restaurant in Methuen

I went to this Dunkin today I have been here only 2 times. When I was in line there was a homeless lady in front of me asked how much a donut was. She didn't have enough money I said the the kid at the register I will pay for it and i asked her of she wanted a drink.. All of a sudden the manager came out from behin6the counter screaming in her face cause apparently she asked people to buy her something or money to buy something. I said to the manager I asked her if she wanted something , she ignored me and went back behind the counter , then a customer came up to me and said she's been asking for money all the time. I was literally embarrassed by what had happened they made it like she stole something. Such a sad incident I use to be a manager and I would have never have acted the way she did she needs to be spoken to this manager horrible disposition no way to act .. the poor lady probably was hungry. Is this what our world has come too . I was so upset I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS DUNKS , HORRIBLE...

I go to this Dunkin’ mainly because it’s conveniently located right next to my house. That said, it’s really hit or miss when it comes to anything that needs to be heated up, and unfortunately, it’s more misses than hits. Also, sometimes the staff you can tell are in a bad mood, this time the person was neutral but once I got to the window she basically threw my stuff at me.

This time was another miss. I should know better by now and double check my order before leaving, but sometimes I’m in a rush and just trust that everything will be fine. Big mistake. By the time I got to my destination, I found out my bagel was completely burnt and not the kind of toasty you can just deal with, but bitter burnt. Definitely ruined what I was looking forward to.

I’m giving two stars only because the location is convenient and the staff are generally nice, but the inconsistency makes it frustrating, especially when you’re in a hurry and can’t afford to...

for 2 weeks the dunkin donuts at 188 haverhill street, methuen, ma has had a sign posted 3 1lb. bags of coffee for $19.99. I had asked 3 previous times for the bags of coffee beans which they told me they did not have yet to try again in a few days. Today, I went again and asked them, they had them but then tried to charge me the regular price. I told them the signs indicates 3 for $19.99. The "manager" told me that the sale does not start until the following monday. When I indicated him the sign has been posted for over two weeks, he shrugged his shoulders and told me that it was posted to 'rev people up'. I asked him if he would honor the price as posted. He told me to come back monday. I told him he could keep his coffee beans. I went to starbucks. NEVER will I buy my coffee there again....
