I used to go to this dunkin a lot as the younger staffs always being friendly and speedy. But lately, everytime i went there, it was this older, grumpy woman at the cashier and i think she could be the supervisor or the manager. Today, I walked in and she was finishing up with a customer. After she was done with him, she told me to wait. After about 45sec to a min, a customer walked in and jumped in front of me telling her that she gave her the wrong donuts. Cashier/Manager/Supervisor started to argue with her, strongly and rudely denied she made the mistake, and the customer finally gave up and paid for what she originally wanted. I felt so bad for the customer, all the staff needed to do was to switch it for her, the atmosphere was so tense. I finally got the order in, again as usual, no hi, no thank you, no smile. And I thought they would make my drink right away, but instead 2 other drinks were made before mine that were ordered after me. I ordered this new drink "Salted caramel latte, it tasted like a regular latte to me, nothing special, and didn't even taste good at all, i threw it away before I finished it. I also saw bagels lying on the floor, everything was a mess in there. No one wears their mask right, all under the nose, breathing right into our drinks and food, what is the point...
Read moreOn 2/25/2024 early morning, I FINALLY had to go in, in-person to complain (after weeks) about an employee who has been extremely rude when taking my order. As soon as i went in to ask who took my order, a lovely lady pointed out the person who took my order. She said the lady who took my orders was named "Yolanda" and called her. Yolanda then approched me and I told her that she should be kinder when taking asking for orders. I told her i was a frequent customer who came through and that this was not the first time she was rude and had an inappropriate tone while taking my order. Yolanda replied, "this is how I talk, if you don't like it, take it to the manager" and kept saying it repeatedly. She dismissed me and walked away. Unbelievable behavior!!! Who has emplyees like this working for them!
This employee is unprofessional, looks disheveled and should not be handling food. She is unapprochable and appears angry all the time. By my observations the staff there look like they are all scared of her and are afraid to approach her as well.
Someone should definitely investigate this woman and how she is treating colleagues and customers. She should not be working with people. I am going directly to the regional manager. This is not ok. I have not been there since. Sucks because I live near by and cant go...

I can't believe I have to write this, but this Dunkin' Donuts is by far the worst I have ever encountered. The level of incompetence among the staff is astounding, and it seems like every single interaction is a struggle.
During my visit, the drive-thru experience was a complete disaster. The employee who handled my transaction was not only ineffective but also decided to pocket my extra cash instead of telling me I had overpaid. To top it off, he didn’t even bother to give me my receipt until I explicitly asked for it. When I finally got it, I realized he had put it in as exact cash. But if you watch the cameras you'll see what happen!
It's clear that your staff needs serious retraining, as this is an embarrassing representation of what Dunkin' Donuts should stand for. I expect better, and frankly, you should too.
Do something about this.
Also getting yelled at via the drive-thru about how they don't do Apple Pay via Apple Watch is really annoying too especially when they typically hold the reader next to the window every time (then I get told my some cranky lady that it's been this way for 2 months.
