McDonald's — Restaurant in Methuen

On 1/7/24 at 10:36 am table 2, I ordered a #9 w/ iced coffee for breakfast from the kiosk, because no one wanted to help me at the counter. Gave me a hot coffee, I said I ordered an iced. The guy looked at me and said yeah rudely and walked away. They put like 5 ice cubes in a hot coffee 🤦‍♂️ Next there was no cheese on my sandwich, I asked for a slice of cheese and watched her for over 10 minutes stare at the computer trying to figure out how to give me a slice of cheese. While she's doing that some homeless lady is coughing all over my meal at the table. After almost 20 minutes another girl comes to show her how to put a new sandwich in the computer. They took the old meal except my room temperature coffee, and give me a new one. Of course they put the ice cold hash brown in the bag instead of a fresh one. No one understood English and the only one that were actually doing their job correctly was the cooks and the gentleman sweeping the dining room. Of course they didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't do a survey. Absolute worst employees...

I was sooo disappointed with the way employees treat the customer I was sitting and eating with a friend and employee name Natalie was sweeping the floor throwing dust where we was sitting and eating our lunch we told her in a nice way to stop sweeping cuz you have paying customer eating she said no she can't do that cuz she needed to sweep before her shift is over mind you I have very bad allergies I'm in the hospital cuz allergic to dust I call the manager over because she was being disrespectful and didn't want to be wrong the girl name Natalie was even arguing with the manager in charge and this was today like at 4pm July 24 the manager in charge didn't take control of the situation and walked away and let her employee disrespect customer I want a full refund and I will never eat in this place again I use to enjoy to come and eat in this place cuz I'm a regular customer but will never do it again I'm in the hospital cuz of her and cuz I have very bad allergies and asthma I want a full refund and if something happens to me I will...

I went in to this location today and ordered a mcflurry.. The manager that took my order brought back a cup with a bunch of Oreos, on top. You can't even get to the ice cream because there's so much topping. So I ask her to put it through the mcflurry machine. So she proceeds to tell me... the manager ....that she doesn't know how to use the machine:.. I say I didn't order an ice cream with toppings.. She replies, last time I used it, I cut my hand open. Laziness. Seriously! I worked at McDonald's when I was 15... the spoon goes on a thing that spins while u hold the cup. I told her I don't want it if she can't do it right. So she asks the girl doing the fries if she knows how to use it. The fry girl says.. we aren't suppose to use it! Your not suppose to use it?!?! Any other excuses you can think of. Your kidding... because they don't want to clean the machine. Unbelievable!! Im blown away.. by the laziness!
