Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mexico

Horrible management /customer service skills did not even offer to make things right. They offered 2-9-2020 to have a special 3 medium one toppings for 9.99, I asked them ahead does that mean each or total?? they told me total 3 med one topping pizzas for 9.99....I live in an adjacent town but 15 miles out just one way, so wanted to make sure before making a trip. They also were very eager via this store's fb page to have my business today for national pizza day so also told me that I could add extra toppings and the special would still work using the code. I ordered it online to go pick up after it was cooked. I asked for a total of 3 toppings on each due to the extra persuasion and after entering the code it came up 27 dollars and some change (which saved me around 16.00 I think with the code) the order number online is number 171. That's why I bothered to order it, because the fb page from this specific store offered it openly days ahead of time. I go to pick up my 3 pizzas and garlic butter sauce I ordered with and employee tells me her cowardly supervisor who can't show their face on a Sunday obviously says oh it must not work at our store, oh? It worked 100% with the code online so something tells me either this management is skimming, an employee who planned to cash me out is skimming, or Dominoes needs to stop false advertising because that's exactly what this is. This was poorly executed customer service . I worked in food service I worked very hard probably like this employee has. I declined payment due to no offer of making things even partly right. I am disabled physically so yeah kinda hard to get out anyway plus the distance from home this whole trip cost me but I can't stand very long to cook for myself so sometimes deals like this are really worth it. Usually have no issues but the last couple months whoever they have working is lacking in customer service skills. Placed an order last night sometime after 7pm was told could not order delivery because they were too backed up with only two drivers. Okay it happens. Try to make a carry out order, was cut off by the employee saying those were backed up too with a long wait time. Pretty much was refusing to take the order until we told her it didn't matter we could wait. Fast forward 40 minutes or so we go to pick up the pizza, parking lot is completely empty with both delivery vehicles parked. No one was rushing pizzas out to be delivered or was there another customer around. Pretty sure we still has the delivery fee on our order but it wasn't worth asking, and we the girl didn't give us a receipt. Just figured I would mention it's not a customer's problem when a place is busy or short staffed. That doesn't excuse an employee from being rude and...

We ordered 127.00 dollars worth of food. 4 pizzas, Chicken Wings, Pasta Bowles, Chicken Sandwiches. This was for after graduation party! The two hamburger pizzas had very little hamburger on them. The majority of the pizza was cheese and sauce with a piece of hamburger on it. Domino's is falling off the map. On top of the lack of hamburger on the pizza we found a hair in one of the Sandwiches and on one of the pieces of pizzas! Come on domino's don't let this become the new normal for you!

Update! I received a reply and was asked to send an e-mail. I e-mailed the address provided on 2 different occasions and still to this day have not received a response!
