The Absolute Worst Experience with Domino's Pizza Ever. Nightmare!!!
Where do I begin with this absolute disaster of an experience? If I could give zero stars, I would. Our recent encounter with the Domino's Pizza store in Miami was nothing short of a catastrophe.
First, we placed our order through the app, which should have been the easiest part of the process. Initially, things seemed to be going smoothly. The app showed that our order was delivered after 30 minutes. The only problem? We didn’t receive anything. Not a single slice.
We called the store, and they assured us that the driver was on his way and would contact us shortly. Spoiler alert: we never received a call. Thirty more minutes passed, and still no pizza. We called again, and once more, we were told the driver would contact us. Again, no show. Fast forward an agonizing hour and 15 minutes later, and our order FINALLY arrived – but guess what? It was stone-cold.
To add insult to injury, we ordered garlic bread and received cheesy bread instead. When we spoke to the store manager, Zolle, she nonchalantly told us that they didn't have garlic bread and just sent cheesy bread without even bothering to notify us. The audacity! They didn’t even have the decency to call and ask if that substitution was acceptable.
Of course, all the food was cold and barely edible. I expressed our immense frustration to Zolle, who claimed she would "accommodate us" with another order in two days.
Fast forward two days later, and I called to place our new order. What followed was a circus of incompetence. I was put on hold EIGHT times, each hold averaging 8 to 10 minutes. Every time a representative answered, they simply said, "Domino's, hold," and then left me hanging. This is beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
In summary, our experience with the Domino's Pizza store in Miami was a nightmare from start to finish. From the non-existent delivery to the cold, incorrect order, and the complete lack of customer service, this was undeniably the worst experience we've ever had with Domino's. When I checked ,I realized that I had made a mistake ,that instead of adding pineapple to the order I added mushrooms to it. It was 2 min later thatI placed the order.Automatically ,I called the store so they could fix the mistake that I made.I contacted the manager. The manager answered me rudely, she answered To me that she did not have time for that, that the pizza was already in the oven and that removing the mushrooms to put pineapples would cost her work, I asked her if I can cancel the order ....I told her please I am allergic to mushrooms and she said she was sorry that this way I had to take the pizza even if I was allergic to mushrooms. I Waited twenty minutes to pick up my order and when I arrived The manager turned her back on me and could not attend to me. Then I asked the person who was there if she was the manager (the person who was turning her back on me) she jumped up and told me Yes I am ,Good night .I said, are you the manager and she said to me good night, I started to speak to her and every word that I said she answered me good night, good night. She did not let me say a single word, she was RUDE ,DISRESPECTFUL , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ,UNPROFESSIONAL,UNPLEASANT. I usually bought pizza at this location ,but today was my last day. I don't usually do reviews but I feel so bad about the aptitude of the manager of this place She could not come to where I was and give me an explanation of her answer.
