Caribbean 305 hands down has the most authentic Haitian food I’ve tasted—and I tried three other places before coming here! The flavors are incredible, and the portions are generous for the price (around $20 for a plate with a side of macaroni).

Their Djon Djon rice is the real deal—you can tell they use real mushrooms because the color, taste, and consistency are perfect. I loved it so much that I grabbed a plate in the morning and came back before my flight to take another one with me!

Must-try: The Tasso Complete with chicken sauce is absolutely delicious. Also, don’t skip their beef patties - so flaky and flavorful!

The dining area is great for eating in—they have two sections, so whether you're dining solo or with a group, there’s a comfortable spot for you. And the drink selection is on point: soft serve colas, Caribbean drinks, and even homemade beverages to wash down your meal. I just wanted to express the astounding customer service given by owner, K. I ordered online on their website from IG. The food was ready but never picked up by the delivery driver. I called and spoke with a young lady who remained calm despite my frustration of waiting over an hour for my delivery. She kindly asked me to hold, then the owner picked up. I explained the language barrier I was having with their delivery guy. I told K that as a first time customer this was unacceptable. He agreed and made the sacrifice to bring me the food personally. I was pleased and my son was beyond shocked because normally Haitian restaurant's do not have good customer services. He was very calm and patient. I got my food within 10-15 minutes from our call.

The food is amazing, I got the cabrit complet, the legume complet, the Mac n cheese, pate kode (was burnt) and the boulette complet. Despite the pattie being burnt, the rest of the food was so delicious that it covered for that mishap.

The boulette is excellent, not many places can make a good boulette.🥰

I haven't visited the facility yet but they def have gained a new customer!
