KFC — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

I frequent this place because the food is good. This time I get there and the parking lot was kinda full with both handicapped spots taken by two cars without placards. I informed the manager (btw, there were only two families of four inside) about the violations and she didn’t care about the situation. I have a handicapped placard and couldn’t utilize any of the spots. The manager seemed like she couldn’t be bothered when I asked if she cared about her paying customers as it was obvious that people from neighboring buildings illegally park there. I asked if she recognized the vehicles and she didn’t even want to go outside to see the violators. I called the non emergency police to report the parking violations but couldn’t wait around to see if they came or if the cars were ticketed. The young lady that took my order was beautiful. Her personality sets the bar high for others to follow. I came in the door and persued to the front counter and was greeted with a delightful smile. And the up most professionaliznm she is a asset to KFC organization. I didn't get the young ladies name put she works the evening shift and wears glasses she around 5'5 in height and she is Afro American. I placed my order which was chicken tenders with mash potatoes corn on the cob with bescuit . The time was around 4:45 in the late afternoon. I'll make sure I get her name next time I go back. This is the first time that I have been coming to this location, and the cashier was rude. Normally, the customer service is great. There was a new cashier not sure of her name, but the receipt said Cashier: Dominique, she clearly doesn't speak English and understands it very well, I believe she mainly speaks Creole. However, I don't care what language or nationality a person is or they speak,but to mess up my order, and when I tell you that's not the correct order, you get mad and frustrated.
