Ping House — Restaurant in Miami Springs

Typically their attitude sucks and their food is good which normally cancels out any issues. Today sucked a little more in particular, I called the store. Asked them to confirm if the driver will have change for a $100 bill ( MULTIPLE TINES) because that’s all I had on me. Driver shows up, doesn’t have change, takes food and leave. I call the restaurant in frustration, trying to come to some sort of resolution on both ends. The guy at the restaurant said he would call the driver. The driver called me back and hung up the phone before I could even attempt to answer. Not once, but TWICE. Then continued to decline any call I made after that. I figured the driver could only do so much, so I go back and call the restaurant for a a second time, and they ignore my call. You’d assume it’s busy right? I call a few times with 0 response on the other line. Both the driver and the store seemed to be dodging my calls after the whole interaction. So after an hour of waiting for my food, I still got no food and no type of resolution, nor a single apology. Conclusion is restaurant is only good if you pick up your food or eat there.(I also waited awhile before i jumped to write a review, but the consistent declining my calls after im just trying to figure out what resolution we could come to is super unprofessional...

Terrible Customer Service - Rang to check if they would deliver to the Hilton Miami Airport Hotel which they informed me they would, so I called back 10 minutes later after perusing the menu to place my order (for a family of four with 2 young children) and was told it would arrive in 30-45 minutes so we said we'd be in the lobby to accept the order. 1 hour later no food had arrived so we called them and to our dismay they explained they thought we had called from another Hilton Hotel which was closer to them and when they realised the mistake after trying to deliver the food to the wrong Hilton Hotel they returned to the restaurant with the food and even though they'd made it would not be bringing it to us as we where too far away! We ended up ordering from another Chinese that the Concierge recommended but had to wait another 30 mins and so it was almost 10pm before my family ate - no thanks to Ping House! - Avoid at all costs if needing the delivery service especially to a hotel if you're from out of town, as we thought we'd done our research making the initial call to check if they'd deliver. On a positive note the food we got from the other Chinese was superb, so check with the concierge at Hilton Miami Airport if you want good Chinese...

I was hesitant to order here because of all the mixed reviews. Initially after all the reviews I decided not to order, but due to the fact that they are near my area in Miami Springs and I am trying out new places in the area I figured why not give it a shot. They are reasonably priced so I figured to order it for delivery. 30 minutes later and a knock at my door I was surprised to see what fast service and delivery. All the other reviews do not do this place justice and it's such a shame. The portions were huge as I ordered a combination dinner item and it easily can feed two people. The food was really tasty as well. My meal was very fresh and hot as if it had just been prepared fresh from kitchen. The wonton soup was all right but it was a part of my meal the meal itself was amazing and the portions were even better along with the price it was an overall win-win! Ignore all the other reviews and give it a shot. I mean it isn't a five-star gourmet restaurant anyways so I don't know what others expected, but for the hidden gem that it is, it is probably the best Chinese in the area. I would definitely...
