B&B HOTEL Miami Airport — Hotel in Miami Springs

0/10 .If you are coming to Miami and you will be getting surgery done please don’t stay here , The staff and services not worth your money they definitely don’t care about giving you a good experience while you stay in their hotel . The first day we arrived we let them know that I was having a surgery, next day that I had the surgery we asked for a wheelchair and they said that they didn’t have one . First of all , if they knew that I was having a surgery they supposed to let us know that there was no wheelchair it’s their responsibility to let the guest know so we could cancel the reservation and go somewhere else because What happens if I fall because im still under anesthesia? Thank God I only had my breast surgery and I was able to walk slowly but what if I had a lipo done or something else ? The room was in the 3rd floor. They said there has been guest for surgery too and they have never asked for a wheelchair . We also had to asked a couple of times for more pillows, towels and toilet paper. When finally they get the stuff that we have been asking for , they knocked on the door while I’m laying down I couldn’t get up to open the door. My husband just left to get some food so there was nobody else to open the door. I had to call from my cell phone because the phone room was not working neither , I called i told them that housekeeping was knocking but obviously i couldn’t get up to open the door she said they are not allowed to come in if I don’t open the door . This is the first time I have heard that , I been staying in others hotels and that has never happened before. A day before my surgery , we used Instacart to delivered a case of water and some other items and we were missing and the case of water and other items. We message the delivery lady and she said that she left it in front of the room door we called front desk if there was any chance to check the cameras and make sure nobody else took it and they told as that the cameras are only live videos because the DVR wasn’t working due to renovations , Hmm okay weird why in hotel would only have live videos ? Yeah it’s not safe at all. Also the WIFI and Dish Network was not working properly my husband had to unplug the TV a couple times and re-booth the router If you don’t want to have a terrible experience please don’t stay here it’s not worth your safety, money , and your time . Sadly, I was looking forward to be in a remodeled hotel to a competitive price. But then came the taxes(what taxes, no one could explain those taxes), so no longer that affordable. But wait!!!.. my surprize came when I found out, there was no breakfast (although it's included) no bending machines (so the clerk told me because of remodeling, then someone else told me there was one in the 3rd floor, but wait.. 1 small bottle of water $4,95 can you say "rip-off" inside the hotel seriously, in 4 star hotels water in bending machines are 1 buck tops. Thats sadly not the worst.. Flees in the room bit my ankles, water was cut off for more than an hour, tv and wifi off too for they need it to restart the system, 30min wait each time, this happened several times during the stay, what else, o yea.. no laundry room, an extremely! slow elevator and of course no airport shuttle. So imagine my surprice when I had to buy one more night for my flight was late the check-out day and I didnt want to wonder in the streets or walk around the airport waiting for my flight for 7 hours, after the nightmare of service they gave me, they of course charged me full price explaining that only the owner was capable of lowering the hours extention stay or compensating somehow the fiasco of stay that they are giving now. So a big bravo with irony and a never again unless they start acting like...

I was skeptical at first booking this, back in summer 2024, as there was not many reviews, and I read it was new/newly renovated. My family and I needed a one night stay before sailing out for a cruise that was a good location, clean hotel, and easy to return our rental car before catching a taxi to the cruise port/terminal. The price was very fair, free parking, close to food options, and very close to the airport. The staff was excellent, very nice to my toddler, the parking lot was well lit at night, and right beside an ihop if anyone was hungry. The room itself was clean, not the fanciest, but it was clean, well lit, and my room had a microwave. It's very spacious, that did not bother me as I feel unnecessary furniture just crowds the place. Washroom was decent, clean enough but not 5 star clean. Mattress was comfortable enough. It was a little bothersome at night due to the auto traffic in the street, but for those who come from a big city that doesn't matter. I would book again. There was nothing wrong with the place. Felt safe and felt staff did care about...
