They have complimentary chips and salsa. I have been here multiple times and tried many different dishes. Today, I had the chicken chimichanga with a side of rice and pico de gallo. It was delicious. I have also had their nachos, which were lacking in the flavor department, and the same goes for the taco salad, in my opinion. But one dish I have had multiple times and by far my favorite dish here is the southwestern chimichangas. They are consistent with this dish and spot on flavor. My other favorites are the grilled chicken quesadilla and chicken fajitas. The four star rating is because of the consistency of these two dishes. While I have ordered both dishes multiple times, every once in a while, the meat will be a bit dry/overcooked but still edible. It's definitely not a reason to keep me away. Also, the service got a four star because some of the wait staff have trouble with their English, making it hard to understand them and to place your order from time to time. That said, I have only had one interaction where a server was rude and not attentive to their tables. (But I have had really good service from that same server before and since. So I will just chalk it up...
Read moreThis has been an inconsistent up and down of tastes from the menu with each visit. I will say the staff is friendly though. The last time I went my meal was just a bit too salty for my taste. However the presentation was fantastic and it was still palatable. The reason it was salty to me was because of the bacon that came with the dish. (Mine came in the pineapple.) So I can't say it was all of their fault. Near the ending of the night I could regretfully hear yelling back in the kitchen about who knows what, which of course would worry anyone. My fiance absolutely loved his dish and the spice that came with it. I thought it had good flavor and spice as well.
So overall. I would come here earlier than later, order what you're familiar with, and don't be afraid to ask for substitutions or to remove somethings from your food. As they...
Read moreI've come to this place on and off for the last year and a half and it's been a gradual decline. Some of the servers are rude, the food seems overpriced anymore and just today when I placed a pick up order. The lady on the phone seemed completely distracted, kept loudly saying "Huh? what did you say?" to the point I had to yell for her to hear me. The background was not loud, and she seemed more interested in talking to her co workers than taking my order. I arrive, multiple people walk past me and finally a male server takes my payment. $12 dollars for a freaking cup of queso cheese dip, and then when I get home, which was a very short drive. The food was cold and tasted microwaved. Not...
