Went to the drive to a couple weeks ago and ordered a small chili spaghetti with bean and onion, and a Greek salad with no cheese. I let them know it was because of a milk allergy. When I got home, feta cheese was spilled in the bag and it looked like it had double feta on the salad. Because of the allergy, the almost $8 salad got pitched straight into the trash. That was half of the dinner, and they were closed by then, so I couldn't call but took picture of salad and receipt. When I went back about a week later, I ordered the same thing with a side Greek salad instead of the full size. I asked if they could comp the salad because of the previous experience and was totally ignored, so I asked for a manager. The manager came over and told me it's against their policy and made a very big deal about that. I offered to show her the picture of the receipt and salad showing the date and she said no, but she will go ahead and comp the side salad. She rudely continued to tell me three more times that it was really against their policy and she was doing me a favor. I reminded her that I don't prefer to throw away $8 because their restaurant messed it up and it was a huge inconvenience along with not having my dinner. When the girl brought me my food that I had just ordered this time, I asked her if the onions were in the bag and she said yes. Thank goodness I checked the food because there was absolutely no chili, just spaghetti and beans in the container and no side of onions. I beeped my horn to get somebody to come back to the window and the manager and the girl stood there and rolled her eyes and chat for a while just looking at me so I had to wave them over before they would come. She wanted to see everything in the bag and said the onions were in there. I pulled everything out and showed her that they were NOT in there and there was no chili on my spaghetti. This was the Loveland location. From now on, I'll go to the Milford location on business 28. Have never had any problems at that one. The Loveland location is closer but definitely unable to get the food right, unprofessional, rude and not willing to take care of...
Read moreThis was a great dinner experience. Outstanding, fast service at a ridiculously reasonable price! I'm not really a huge fan of any Cincinnati chili or Coney place but we will definitely be returning on future Wednesdays. On Wednesdays, kids eat FREE! I ordered cheese fries, one Coney and a drink. My 2 kids each got a kids meal - which was definitely enough to fill them up. My 10 year old didn't even finish all his 3way. A kid's meal comes with the main course, drink and a treat (a popsicle). My total check after discount of free kids meals was $6.67! The service was outstanding! The waitress had our crackers as soon as we sat down. She was ready to take our order immediately yet was totally patient as I quizzed my kids to see if the really understood/wanted what they were ordering. I kinda expect Coney places to be fast; all the parts are ready to just be added in order on a plate. But fries can take awhile to cook. Our entire order came incredibly fast. The waitress checked if we were okay several times as we ate and got us refills. The manager was just as awesome. Since our food came so quick I didn't get a chance to eat the crackers and I really like them. I asked for a bag to take them with me when she was ringing me out. Not only did she get the bag but then used this sealer they have for the bags to keep it at fresh. Overall, I'm super impressed! Such a ridiculously low price with amazing service! Definitely worth the visit and we will definitely...
Read moreI really don’t know what was going on at this Sky line last night. The place was packed around 7:30 PM and we went to the drive-through. I ordered two regular three ways and two cheese coneys with onions and mustard. My bill came to $25.08 which was OK, but our food was terrible. The three ways had very little chilly and no juice at all … It was dry !!! The color of the spaghetti was like a yellowish orange in color and a a little tough when you chewed it…It wasn’t a cream colored spaghetti like we always get … the cheese crumble like it had been frozen, and we was really really disappointed with our food last night . The size look like a small. It wasn’t a regular. This has happened before, but I didn’t complain about it … so I’m not really for sure what they did there but I’m hesitant about going back…. I love 3 ways so will probably go to Goshen from now on. Or maybe try Gold Star. Haven’t been there in years. We will see .. This Skyline is on Old 28 across...
