Archetti's Bakery — Restaurant in Miami

This is my new favorite place! Hands down the best gluten free desserts I have ever had. I was diagnosed with Celiac 13 years ago, and if you have to eat gluten free you know the alternatives are not always good. I have visited most gluten free bakeries and restaurants from Central to South Florida, and several in other states and countries, none of the other places can compete with Archetti's. The taste, texture, and quality were absolute perfection. My husband and kids who can eat gluten said these desserts were better than the gluten filled versions at other bakeries.

We had the Guava Pastelito and it was so good I cried! I hadn't had a pastelito in over 13 years. Being a Cuban American in South Florida I know what a good pastelito is supposed to be and these far exceeded my expectations.

The Tres Leches was the best I've ever had!

The Pavlova was magical.

And the vegan birthday cake cupcake was the best treat for my youngest. He is also gluten and dairy free, which makes it even harder to find things he enjoys. He said it was the best cupcake he's ever had and can't wait to go back.

The customer service was excellent, which is almost impossible to come by in South Florida these days. The owner is so knowledgeable and courteous, she was an absolute delight.

She also mentioned they will be selling Breads and Croissants in the coming days. They also take custom orders.

This is a business I will be supporting regularly. I can't wait to go back. If you have dietary restrictions you have to try this place, but even if you don't, you will love it for sure! Not to mention the bakery is...

From Dulce De Leche 🍮 to the Black Forrest 🌳Pavlova 🍓🫐Cheesecake, this sweet hidden gem spot will surprise you with how good their cakes are without the heavy guilt of carrying all the gluten. There’s even Tres Leches 🥛🥛🥛Milk Cheesecake and Nutella 🌰🍫 of course; all of them are strongly recommended. My personal favorite is the Pavlova 🍰one because it is not that common to find and it is so good! They also offer alfajores 🇦🇷, Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪, vanilla cupcakes 🧁, and Brownies 🤎! All baked by the charming owner, Susana, who takes care of all the details to ensure the quality of each bite 🫦
