Bakery Pastelmania — Restaurant in Miami

I’m going give it 3 stars just because the pastries is 5/5. The problem is, the reason why I’m giving three stars because of customer service. I went there around at 10 in the morning, I ask them for guava and cheese, as soon I was driving at my car, I realize when I open the bag, they give me only guava!!!! Then I had to go back 5 mins later to waste gas, I told the lady that work there she skinny and white girl, I told her (SPANISH!) “I ask for guava and cheese.” And she say “you say guava” and I say it back “no I say guava and cheese.” Then she gave me the right order and she put it the guava and cheese on bag and handle over me, then I hand it hard without telling her thank u. She know I was not too happy about that customer service and she misunderstood the order when I say guava and cheese the first place! Observing interactions between the staff and other patrons, it seems like this establishment is a favorite among locals and is home to many regulars. We felt slightly out of place initially (we don’t speak Spanish and are from Atlanta), but then the staff made sure we felt welcome. The food and coffee were incredible. We got a spread of different pastries and a few different empanadas. Something about the crust and textures were really satisfying. We’ll make another visit if we are in the area again. Can not review their product because I did not try their pastelitos or anything , but I called to place an order and the person who answer did not identify the bakery or anything just hello as if I was calling a friend's house . When I asked if it was Pastelmania they told me ohh si si , I proceed to order a # 13 special without cake which is clearly priced in their website at $70.00 the person on the phone told me the total was 107 because the price for that special is $100.
