I’m ashamed to say that my experience with this restaurant was horrible. I’ve eaten at restaurant’s all over the world of a higher caliber and I have never felt so dismissed . I don’t ever say this but it felt as if the wait staff didn’t want to serve us because we were black. It took 30mins to get seated with a reservation. They sat multiple people before us even though they arrived after us. They sat us away from the other tables and our table was the only table that was bordered off. I waited 10 minutes just to receive a menu. I had to constantly ask for items that the other tables were served immediately such as bread and olive oil for the table, and lemons for water. Based on what the waiter said, we put our order for our entree in at 9:29 and NEVER received our meal despite the multiple times that we requested politely that our entrees of 2 simple pasta dishes be sent out. By 10:29 , I requested to forget the entrees and to bring out our check. If it wasn’t for the waiter, Yuni, we would’ve left the restaurant after waiting almost 3 hours without eating a meal. The staff was busy but I watched as larger groups of people with larger orders of food get served even though they arrived after us. My friend was so upset she had to leave the restaurant. We were extremely late to our event for the night. We were also very upset. I’ve never left a bad review for a restaurant but I have never been treated so horribly at a restaurant before. Yuni is a great waiter and the food was ok. The pasta is clearly fresh and handmade but the food didn’t outweigh the...

We finally made it here! It has been on our ā€œto-do listā€ for a long time, but the restaurant is open only for dinner and it’s a long way from where we live in West Palm Beach.

Unfortunately it was still too hot to eat outside: their patio is big and has a nice ambiance. Their dining room is big, doesn’t have any particular dĆ©cor, and got crowded very fast (it was a Saturday night – luckily they have a private parking)

We ordered a ā€œsalumi boardā€ as appetizer to share with our friends: everything was delicious.

I then ordered pasta with clams: not only the presentation was nice, but it was also very good. Same for my husband’s ā€œcacio & pepeā€, which was very creamy.

Our friends ordered pizza: I had a small bite and liked it, but I have my favorite place for pizza and I haven’t found a better option yet. To be fair, however, my favorite pizza place makes Neapolitan pizza, while Battubelin’s pizza are of a different style (from Northern Italy).

I also shared a panna cotta with my friend, but next time I’ll order one just for myself: it was amazing! The best panna cotta I had so far in the US!

The service is very friendly and attentive; however, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because: The music was so loud that we couldn’t have a conversation and the waiter had to bend over the table to hear us; The prices on their menu online are about $4-5 cheaper than the real ones; It’s on the expensive side, and there are other places in Miami that offer the same authentic cuisine at cheaper prices.

Having said that… we will certainly come back when the...

A Slice of Italy in the Heart of Miami

If you’re looking for a truly authentic Italian dining experience in Miami, this hidden gem is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you step inside, you’re transported straight to a cozy trattoria in Italy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with rustic decor, soft lighting, and the comforting aroma of freshly made dishes wafting through the air.

The menu is a celebration of classic Italian cuisine, with every dish prepared to perfection. The pasta is made fresh daily, and you can taste the love in every bite.

What sets this place apart is its simplicity and heart. It’s not about fancy presentations or elaborate plating—it’s about the quality of the ingredients and the flavors that transport you back to Italy. Even the bread, served warm with a drizzle of olive oil, is unforgettable.

The staff are wonderful, treating every guest like family. Their passion for food and hospitality shines through, making the entire experience even more special.

If you want a warm, unpretentious setting with food that feels like it was made in a nonna’s kitchen, you’ll fall in love with this restaurant. Truly, a little piece of Italy right here in Miami. Highly...

Hello. My friends and I had a great dinner last sunday night at battubelin miami. Our experience was superb as a first timers in this restaurant... Restaurant has outside and inside seating, Both with a bar. Thanks god there is not television anywhere!!! Huge windows all over the place, I imagine it is a beautiful during the day light as it is at night. He had a special appetizer of the day which was tuna tartar with tonato sauce. Then farina with onions, artichokes, ricotta, and prosciutto. For entree home made porchetta, spaghetti, and gnocchi. All the dishes that I mention above were delicious. Period. So was the nutella tiramisu. Cant wait to come back to try other dishes!! Thanks matteo and all battubelin staff for being so accommodating!!!
