Don't waste your time!

Horrible staff, like I was trying to make an order for a cake everything well at first. Then, they told me email and text me the pictures to the number of this company. I kept contacting them thru email, text message, I even called them! No response what so ever, like if I was being ignored, what customer wants to be ignored when they are paying a high price for a service? None. I make time to finally go, since I work and im going to uni. When I get there I talked to them and make a complaint about how they don't pick up at all or reply to any of my messages thru email, text, or my calls. They said that their boss was on vacation in Greece on a cruise and can't pick up pr reply. If you are leaving on a trip, at least leave your employees in charge of the company email? And let your employees handle your customers while you are away on a trip. When I entered the store the employee picks up the phone, yet they can't pick up my calls? I was sick and tired of trying to make ends meet. The person who worked there a lady with color contacts, said with a sassy attitude, " Oh you could of come to the store instead," like hello? I have a busy schedule, I work and I go to school, and she has the audacity to disrespect a customer with attitude. The clientele, is how this business can continue to flourish and continue to pay the employees. If a business want to flourish, then they treat the customers with respect and bumblebees. Like if she would be trained better in customer service, maybe I would of continue with my order. I pre-ordered this order a week before. They were saying oh no we will get to it soon... I thought to myself "like at the last minute?" I was done and tired. Then when I said I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund, they said oh the owner is the only one that knows how to give a refund. Like can you please educate your employees on how to use a cash register. They were like oh you have to wait until she comes from vacation. It could be monday or tuesday??? Like wow. Seriously, if you are a customer paying for a high price service, you deserve high more than exceptional quality of customer service.
