Update: They no longer have the outdoor seatings. Well, that didn't last long. Serves really good food at a reasonable price. Aesthetically pleasing decor and they recently expanded to outdoor seating which was needed because there is no room indoors (our seats would usually get hit by the door)! I've become a regular with my family here, since the food is tasty for the right price. We always order the domino arepa and cachapa as seen in the photo. I've had their soup, good too. Vegeterian friendly. My biggest warning/downside which I must knockdown a star for is that you do NOT want to order their empanadas. Why? Because everytime we have ordered it despite it already being made, they take a ridiculously long time just to heat it up. When we ask where is it? They say its being heated up, we wait, we get our cooked food, eat it, and we're still waiting for the small empanada to be done. Happens everytime. They've apologized but I no longer order that anymore. Only ordered it for my toddler to eat but I don't want us to suffer the long wait. I hope they continue to improve!

My sisters and I were in downtown Miami and looking to try authentic Venezuelan food. This popped up in a recommendation and We went. Let me just say that this place will not treat you like it’s a business but like their family. It’s like a family away from home. Super sweet lady in the counter was so friendly and welcoming. We instantly felt at home and cozy. Recommended us food to try. Recommended us places to go see since we were traveling. To match all that wonderful hospitality, when we received the food, it was like cherry on top because her service matched the food perfectly. It was so freaking delicious!! Fresh!! Tasty!! My sisters had Arrepas, Some chicken dish. I got Empanadas. It was my first time and I’m amazed at how good it was specially since she made special order for me with no meat or cheese as my request. We just want to thank you for your beautiful hospitality and delicious food. I hope you’ll open a franchise in California someday.

Found this place on accident, I was starving and craving a great arepa and searched for places to try near me. After reviewing some reviews, I decided to try this spot. I was greeted with the most friendliest service and I knew that this was going to be a great little hole in the wall. The gentleman was so kind he helped me pick out what to order. I built my own arepa with shredded chicken, avocado, and sweet plantains. I also ordered a green juice. The prices were very great for Miami and the food came out still very warm and everything tasted so fresh. Not to mention there was free parking in the back! Safe to say I found my favorite hole in the wall little lunch spot! Great service and the yummiest food, I’ll be back! 10/10 :)

Seldom times you'd see a negative review from me because I like to promote restaurants and good food but today I got the worst service at this joint. Not sure when my fellow Yelpers went there or who was there at the time but this was the worst service ever and actually kinda rude. To start, they didn't have anything, I mean like almost nothing and I just couldn't believe it. There was a young lady sitting at the counter and almost everything she wanted they didn't have at the moment. A lady came in wanting empanadas and they didn't have that either and I wanted a beef pepito sandwich and there was no beef anywhere. I was sitting down on a table and the waitress didn't even come to the table to get my order but instead started shouting over the counter to ask me what I wanted. Then some people came in and placed an order and she brought their food to the table while she shouted again for me to get up from my table and grab my food over the counter with people sitting there having lunch. So rude and unprofessional and just bad service, as for the sandwich, l've had way better in way better places with way better service, but it gets one star for at least being a decent chicken pepito because beef was...
