305 Nail Spa — Local services in Miami

Before I begin I’d like to say this salon makes me feel comfortable , however this last experience was extremely disappointing. My appointment was for 5pm I sat down 10mins after. hours passed my nails were still not done and I still had my feet to go. I told the nail tech @ 9:14pm that this was taking too long for a full set and my feet still haven’t been touched . I couldn’t stay any longer due to prior engagements that start at 11. What I wanted vs. what I left with because of how long I was there. I didn’t even get my feet done . I’m not sure if I will return because this is absolutely ridiculous not only that but my nails only lasted me 6 days they started popping off. Smh wasted my hard earned money. :(

In response to the salon response the nail tech had her son with her and kept having to stop to attend to him even stopped so she can call someone to come get him. Also stopped again so that she could tell him to sit down and gave him snacks. So please do not act as if me watching a show on my phone would cause a 4hr delay in service . Booked an appointment here excited to finally find a place open after I leave my office. After getting my appointment for 8 pm confirmed, I received first a call at 6:50 from Rache Trujillo asking if I can come earlier, I told her I would try my best but I didn’t think I would be able to get there any sooner to which she asked me why not and if it was because I couldn’t or didn’t want to which I thought was a little rude but let it slide and hung up. Then a little after 7 she asked if I could come tomorrow and I told her no since I would be out of town and asked if there was anyone else available that could take me at 8 pm. She then replied it’s fine I’m here. I told her she could just cancel my appointment.

I don’t know how they think it’s okay to question people to change their appointments multiple times after confirming and accepting the appointment time let alone when they are open until TEN PM! This is not how you run a business and I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere. You could tell she just wanted to leave early instead of being a professional. I never do these but I just gotta do it . I live in broward but currently in Miami so i said okay let me go find a nail salon rushing . I should have followed my mind . I’m so use to going to do my feet getting the full thing ! After a proper soap and scrub moisturizer/oil on the foot and so on ; in this case that wasn’t the case I came with a dry foot leaving with a dryERRRR foot Chinese people would have did they thing but I guess everyone different that’s what I get I should have just waited after all it is 10 something at night smh , then I see the Spanish lady next to me getting her feet done and getting the full of it all . I gave it a try but never again other than that the place is nice and welcoming the reviews caught my attention but the one girl who did my toes I expected different … it messed up she fixed it and now looking at it still being in the store it’s so sloppy I can’t bother smt I could have scrub my foot n painted my self if I wanted a not so decent service for $35 buttttttttt …...
