I saw similar reviews of this restaurant is 02/17/2021 unfortunately just came from this place order a family special rice and 12 chicken wings and ask the cashier for some extra sauce because of the big order of rice and chicken, since it was 4 or 5 that she gave and that’s why I ask for more , she say no because they have no more and her boss in her kitchen came and told me the same even though they had under the table that I told her and she say no because they have no more only that , I told her that’s not the customers problem but their as a company, they supposed to have everything for their customers, there is plenty of time and place for them to send someone for supplies to satisfy the customers keeping them on BUSINESS!!! In times like this when millions of restaurants are close and this restaurant is not, is a disgrace they don’t appreciate the support we as customers are given to open restaurants, SPECIALLY at this CHINESE RESTAURANTS in this COVID-19 CHINA 🇨🇳 PANDEMIC!! The supervisor walked away trow her hands at me say “WHATEVER” , scream at me even though I told her that their lack of CUSTOMERS service will be on their REVIEW!!! SAD THAT MANY RESTAURANTS THAT REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE CLOSED AND THIS RESTAURANT THAT DON’T CARE And treat customers HORRIBLE is OPEN !! So have your own spices ,plates, and ask nothing or you’ll experience a horrible moment!! I told them it wasn’t like this before but they care more about the few extra sauces spices than a forever $$$...

This place used to be my spot to go until yesterday,I called to ask for prices and the person on the phone seemed to get offended by this (they HAVE changed their menu prices like 8 times in 3 years) the person on the phone put the phone down, as I can hear laughs in the background. The man never returned to the phone. I called back, still needing the information. The man put the phone down again. Again laughing and saying that it was unbelievable. For asking for prices? Horrible customer service. Thank God for this call. This is NO longer my spot. Very rude. Sad. Because I use to recommend this place. I then called new china on 62 st NW 7 Ave. Just to find that their bucket of rice is $6 less and tastier. Thank you Hings, for your awful customer service. I now found my NEW spot and will no longer...

More like 4.5.The food surprised me considering how bad this place needs a facelift. I got the pupu platter which is like a sampler appetizer plate. The eggs rolls are huge and top tier. The ribs weren't dry but juicy and flavorful. The wings were crispy and not salty. The crab Rangoon was sweet but good may be too sweet for some. I also got the combo dinner plate sweet and sour chicken. The rice was good ( not salty, I added a tad of soy sauce)and wasn't overloaded with bean sprouts. However, the pork meat was a little dry but they gave you plenty of. The chicken and sauce was good. This place was a good surprise especially for Miami. Takeout only not a...

We’ve been coming here for a few years and they never let us down. We’ve tried several other places in the area and none of them were as consistent with quality and quantity of food. Def our fav go to place for cheap nights when we don’t feel like cooking.
