McDonald's — Restaurant in Miami

Was treated very poorly from start to finish. I walked in and was ignored for about 15 minutes even though there were two people in the front. One said she was about to get off and the other pretended not to know english even though I just watched them talk for 15 minutes in english but I know spanish so I start to order and she rolls her eyes and puts my order in and walks away before she finishes cashing me out. She did not say give me a moment or a gesture, just turned and walked away.. So I am standing at the front waiting and waiting and WAITING.. So I'm trying to get someones attention because no one is in the front and finally some girl who is about to clock in asks what I am waiting on so I tell her keeping my composure because I understand everyone has their days. She says I'll get that for you and I tell her I havent even paid yet and she goes to ask the other woman why I havent been helped yet and her response was the most ignorant and obnoxious lie. She told her she told me to swype my card and I didnt so she walked away...I just wanted to get my food and go, why would I not swype my card if she had told me and why would she just walk away. I had to get out of there before I jumped over the counter in hanger (hungry + angry) and choke a b**. Always slow and bad service here. I have learned this time and wont be...

I always wanted to write a review about this McDonald’s I started going 30 years ago when I was a kid and now I bring my kids has changed so much since all the McDonald’s franchises keep changing decoration food, etc. located in a spot. I’m very convenient for a lot of businesses to have around because of the price and we all know, the famous fries the frappes they have now breakfast in the morning the very convenient lunch very affordable very consistent in general one our kids favorite place. We all know this man you go to this store and sit down and spend some time with your kids. Tell him that at some point in your life, you came with your dad and mom and ate the way they’re doing with you now. McDonald’s has been very constant improving as they can everything they do make the restaurants look better all the time for food. It’s always well thought, even though it’s a fast food restaurant attention to detail nowadays it’s a little more than a fast food restaurant. I would say I will keep going to McDonald’s for the rest of my life and I hope to bring my grandsonsto I’ve been going for 30 years. This location always has customers; it's never empty when I go. Their drive-thru is almost always busy. When there is lack of staff, they prioritize the drive-thru rather than the walk-in customers. The food is usually consistent except for the fries. I go here frequently for the fries and sometimes they make it crispy and sometimes they make it soft; sometimes they make it taste good and sometimes it doesn't taste as good; their fries are a hit or miss. Try coming late at night around 10pm or later and the drive-thru person doesn't speak good English. One time I walked in to order food late at night and the crew were all younglings congregating together in the back doing who-knows-what. I get hesitant about eating food where the workers are not supervised and running amok on their own terms. Overall it's not...
