We just landed at the airport from Houston. The first place we went when we landed was to Soriano Brothers. It’s the whole reason to love Miami! We would move here just to eat there every week. They showed us a culinary excursion of authentic food of everything we’ve never had and didn’t know how much we loved, My son’s had the Bisteak Chimichuri and the Pork Chop. I had the whole snapper it was incredibly tender and the pork with plantains was such a marriage of flavors. Thank you for showing us the best that you have to offer! It was a fantastic dining experience. I hope we can go back on the way to the airport when we leave for home. Oh and since we have to drive to Key West Tonight he offered us a shot of his Famous Cuban coffee!! AMAZING!!! Every bite was a concert of flavor. We are comfortably satisfied 💝 everything on the menu is made fresh with pure Ingredients - so they are freshly authentically made! (Zero processed food). You feel good when you’re eating there and after!! Stop reading start driving to the best place to eat...

I reached out to the manager (Jorge) who at first was a little rude and didn’t even want to share his name but after a respectful conversation he change his demeanor and was much more helpful.
Ending result he credited me for the 5 Fritas but honestly I won’t be visiting anytime soon, if at all.
I have to give credit to the elderly lady with the blue eyes for her service and kind personality, she is always great and is not who cook the meat but who prepared the Fritas (again she isn’t the cook, just...

Tables outside and inside (air conditioned) Free parking spots Huge portions Good prices (~$8 for 1/2 chicken with lots of rice and yucca, $1 for a Coke) Lots of dishes which can be combined as you wish Open kitchen - You can see the cooking and the prepared dishes.
Negative:
No menu or signs next to the dishes. (also no prices). If you don't know the dishes or how to combine them you are kind of lost. The staff will of course answer your questions, but there are also other guests in line so you have to decide fast (and might end up with a weird combo). Some of the outside tables and the floor around them were covered in spilled food (it was a windy day), which was unappetizing. The food quality is medium (pork was dry, other dishes a bit fatty...
