Horrible customer service !!!

I stop by with my son today around 12pm today to get one of there delicious sandwiches as we put In are order the lady ask me would we like something to drink and I told her 2 lemonade the lemonade was very very sweet and it basically taste like water and sugar , my son told me that it taste really bad if we can please exchange it for another drink ,

so I explained to the woman with the king brown hair who took my order that my son did not like the drink if she can please change it for the watermelon juice so the lady with the short curly blond curls said NO we can’t because we charged you already then she told me that the watermelon juice was just water ,

so I said ok I don’t understand why you would put a watermelon sign under water but whatever I asked the lady with the shirt blonde curls can my son exchange for a soda she said No you would have to purchase it .

This was the most disgusting human being I have ever met she definitely ruined my lunch Date with my son .

Then after all that she still proceeded to ask me did I want to buy a soda I told her No I will go to the corner store and buy my son a soda ! I hope the owner reads this and hire new people that care about there business because I don’t see this type of attitude getting this business anywhere !!

Horrible service. Decided to try this place after seeing them clsim to have the best pernil sandwich but I arrive speak with the waitress and she takes me and my wife’s order then proceeds to the end of the counter and after a brief conversation with some other women she returns to my table and says there is no more pernil. It’s a Saturday night I see a few other people there and they clsim to have the best pernil sandwich but they ran out of pernil. So I then asked what else is available and she tells me they ran out of food. I literally laughed so loud after hearing a restaurant has ran out of food. It’s definitely a shady place and whatever is going on behind those doors isn’t nothing worthy of claiming to have the best...

We visited this spot because someone mentioned it. We walked up to the place, the music was blaring, and it smelled like outdoors. Inside, there was a dining area, pool tables, bar, and gaming machines. It seems like a place that would get very busy at late night. We ordered the pork sandwich. We were asked if we wanted sauce, to which we said yes. The sandwich was very vinegary. Honestly, I wasn't a fan. However, the lemonade was really good. Moreover, the portion was good...
