Good evening, my name is Nelson. I just left the subway that I have visiting for a couple of years now, very upset and hungry. Unfortunately the person at the front said that it was time to close @ 10:29 PM when the door clearly states it closes @ 11:00pm. And not only that I’ve come here several times. However that’s not the reason for my email. It sad that I have to deal with people that obviously don’t want help the customers. I asked for a pizza and he said he didn’t have anymore, but the curious thing is, that it is not the first time this happens. He said that if I were to order something else it would have to be to go since need to clean the place, for that you should close at 10 or not open at all. Honestly that’s why I try to go earlier on the day when Patty is working, she usually takes care of me and I leave satisfied. Best employee you probably have. I used to come to subway every night from Monday to Friday, but because of visits like the one I just had is that I barely come anymore. It is sad and unfortunate. I hope someone get this message.

Do you know why the employees at this store ask you "Do you have a coupon?" before you place an order? So they can put AS LITTLE TOPPINGS AS POSSIBLE on your sub. I know time are hard but when your business model is making food the way the costumer wants it, it's not so good to put 5 leaves of spinach 3 black olives one tomato, ect, ect.
Had to ask the lady 3 times to put "a little more" of EVERYTHING I asked for on my sandwich.
Then a simple request to "spread the toppings on the sub" and not leave then in the middle gets you a dirty look!! This is BS !!
Even with no coupon, I still find myself asking several times for more.
I feel the need to order 2 maybe 4 foot long subs and when they're done with the toppings just walk out!
Subway..... You want to save money by skimping on toppings for your regular loyal or even first time costumers? Get ready to handle the waste of walked out on subs IF YOU DON'T DO WHAT YOUR BUSINESS MODEL STANDS FOR.

The lady that made the sandwich on 7/12/2023 was extremely rude, I am asking about a sandwich and looked like it bothered her so she went ahead and attended someone else. When she decided to attend me I said no cheese and she put cheese than when I said I did not want cheese she said you didn't say that🤦♀️ I reponded to her if she would of taken my order instead of someone else maybe she would of heard me saying no cheese.
