If I could put zero stars, I would I ordered a hamburger with no mayo no tomato no ketchup on inspection. I noticed that they put it on. I returned it. They said it’ll take us about three minutes to make a new one when they gave it back the bread still clearly showed ketchup and mayo on there and they just clearly wiped it off. When I handed it to them. I told them this is the second time I’m bringing it back just give me my money back. They said that they don’t not have the authority to do so and don’t worry that the check will make sure that they make it. I was watching the whole time. The chef did not do so and the last of it all she did was change the bread and fought with the lady at the front Never had an experience like this before, but the chef needs a reality check because that Service works You would expect to spend over $100 at a restaurant and they could respect...

First time here, we were excited to try a recommended place… we placed an order to go for 3 baleadas and 2 pupusas and spent 1 hr and 10 minutes waiting. The wait was ridiculous. As patient as I am and understanding, this was absurd. I do not put bad reviews. After being patient I kindly asked for her to put my drink to go with no ice and she didn’t want to change it until my sister asked again. Before leaving after an hour plus wait she asked us to give them a good review!! Beyond me insane. Haven’t arrived at my destination but I hope the food is worth it. The worst service I have ever had. We went with my family after a soccer game, and we were starving. When we got there, we noticed there was only one server and she quit on the spot. Then the manager began to assist while carrying a baby and her arms. We sat there for an hour And we’re not even offered water. There was more people coming in and there was no One They’re to help them or provide any service. After two hours and 30 minutes. We finally got our food and it’s was all wrong. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. Especially since I am from Honduras. And the only excuse they had was that they had three days of being opened and they had no employees.
