Vivo: A Hidden Gem in the Neighborhood

We had the pleasure of discovering Vivo today, and what an amazing dining experience it was! This quaint, family-owned restaurant serves some of the most delicious food, complemented by excellent service and a warm, inviting ambiance.

We sampled three of their signature cocktails, and each one was absolutely exquisite. For appetizers, we tried the croquetas, which were perfectly crunchy and packed with flavorful ham, as well as the chicken wings—both of which were a hit.

For the main course, we indulged in the steak with shrimp, served alongside fresh veggies and a fried malanga purée ball filled with ground beef. Every bite was cooked to perfection. We made sure to save room for dessert, and the Natilla and flan did not disappoint—both were the perfect sweet ending to a flawless meal.

A special mention goes to Alfredo, the chef-owner, and his wife Dayami, who made sure every detail was taken care of to provide an exceptional experience. Viviana’s attentive service only enhanced the evening.
