First when we arrived there was only a group of 4 at one table a single man at another yet after waiting for a waitress for 27 m8nutes I finally searched for a waitress. Then she finally brought us menus and took our drink order, my friend and ordered margaritas (which she did not ask for ID and my friend is young= old enough to drink but young) she didn't get her margarita prepared correctly and had to have it remade but they both were the worst margaritas either of us has ever had. We ordered our food. My boyfriend asked for a side salad with no onion and no tomato, when she brought his salad she repeated to him "Here's your salad with no tomato and no onion" yet it was coved in both, I asked her to take it back and get a new one....she did but returned a new one that still had onion and the lettuce was brown. Then our main course came, he had ordered a chicken sandwich that came with jalapeños and pepper jack cheese but he asked for it to not have jalapeños on it yet it had jalapeños on it so again had to ask to redo it. I ordered chicken wings and they were over cooked and dry to the point I choked on them. My friend had ordered a baked potato and relieved baked beans, had to let her know and she brought out the potato. The cola was flat. Nothing had any flavor. The waitress had come back several times after we had ordered to ask different questions about our order and didn't get most of it correct. Then we got the bill. It came to $99.67, we paid the bill but will never go back and would...
Read moreTo dare call this place a "restaurant " is grossly overrated! I was greeted promptly by a wonderful bartender! Then things went to hell fast. I ordered the 3 meat plate: sliced brisket, bologna & 3 ribs with waffle fries & mac n cheese. The winner on the plate was the mac n cheese. The brisket appeared to have been cut with a dull butter knife. No discernible slices what so ever. Looked like chopped. The bologna was less than Luke warm at best. The bronze medal goes to the 5-not3 ribs. Dry,hard to chew of what meat that I could get off the bone. Unpalatable is even politely stated acknowledging that this was even sent out the windows. The kitchen staff is more often than not to blame for bar staff loosing tips for poorly prepared food. I showed the bartender my food & she even agreed that this was not fit to eat. I did tip her because she DID her job, unlike the kitchen staff. Return to see if things get better next time-no way. Re-train the kitchen staff & provide a better...
Read moreJust left here and I have to say I loved it, but there is room for small improvements
The bad: the place is tiny so the noise level is through the roof my kid couldn't take it so I had to pack up soon as the food came out.
The tables were a bit sticky even after wiped down and wobbled really bad. I stuck a pack of gum under a leg to reduce the wobble but it wasn't enough.
The parking lot could use asphalt
The good: the waitress was really fast with excellent service
I ordered the 3 meat platter with brisket, pulled pork, and Cajun sausage with double fries and let me tell you it was phenomenal. I've never had a sausage that tasted so good. The bbq sauce really hit right with the other meats and the fries were perfect.
Another plus for me was the tost checkout system. The waitress brought my ticket I scanned a qr code and paid without delay, it is very streamlined.
Thank you Woody's I will definitely be back but next time without the kid so I can get a better picture of...
