Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Michigan City

Came in to order my food and saw a lady with a disgruntled look on her face, Me and my wife waited while we watched the employees in the back walk around but not get anything done after five or so minutes we asked the lady how long she’s been waiting. She said it’s been a while, after 10 minutes an employee walked by and looking at us and finally acknowledged us and took our order after waiting 15 or so minutes. Some other lady came outside who was waiting in the drive thru and said hey where’s my food at? they took care of her right away, 15 minutes later they gave us our order and the poor lady who was there first when we first got there didn’t get hers.There was no excuse for this experience today there was too many people there to have this piss poor experience. And to top it off when we got home no hush puppies. Wow just wow. Ignorance and no work ethic...

Food was good. Hot and ready quick. Restaurant was clean. Ladies bathroom however was disgusting. I would have left a 5 start except a dark hair younger female found it necessary to scream and holler at the friendly guy who waited on us. Several times she loudly yelled at him that he was pissing her off. At one point he simply asked her a question and she screamed at him "just do it yourself!". She was very unprofessional but the younger black gentleman who was working the register kept it together and was great. Then the young lady came out to sweep but instead sat texting on her phone for 10 minutes standing right next to our booth. She disrupted our whole dinner. I own 2 small companies and I can tell you that if one of my employees EVER acted like that in front of a customer, they'd be fired. It was unacceptable the...

I had written a review previously about how good this place is but...... I ordered some food in the drive thru and went to the window to pay. I realized I had forgot my wallet and told the lady I was going to go back and get it. (I'm literally 2 minutes away from this place and really wanted some fish so I was coming back) The lady rolled her eyes and sighed 😕 and slammed the door. What a b###h! I'm glad I didn't pay because her attitude sucked today and believe me I won't waste another dime or drop of gas to eat at this place ever!!! We ended up going to another place and spending more money and even giving a tip to the nice young lady so to hell with em. No wonder it's always dead there or people are burning gas waiting for some tired a## food while sitting in line....
