So when me and my family went to this so called customer service establishment we were told well over a 1/2 hour before closing that we can only get burgers and fries whereas where I work it doesn't matter if it's one minute before closing you have to make whatever is ordered it does not matter and then the sub par employee did not get our order complete he didn't even add a combo we ordered which he himself asked us what drink and everything and still made us pay for it, he should have given it to us since he did not perform his job requirements properly. And when we tried to pay with a 100 dollar bill which is LEGAL US CURRENCY he proceeded to tell us he couldn't take it with ZERO explanation as to why. So not only could we not order everything we wanted they wouldn't take our legal money. I feel like the better buisness bureau needs to be notified about the serious wrongdoings of this so called professional buisness. Obviously they are jot professional nor do they care about their customers and providing TRUE customer service. I hope the person working the window and headset on October 7th, 2022 between the hours of 12 and 1 a.m. is fired. He doesn't do his job right at all. ALSO when we got home and looked at our food the WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG! And I believe they did it on purpose because they didn't like how dissatisfied I was. Well I'm sorry if you can't take criticism and use it to do your job BETTER. Obviously this place and the owner does not care about the service received by the customer. I hope they go out of buisness because this town doesn't need more sub par businesses bringing it down. I truly hope the owner sees this and makes it right. I should have just gone to McDonald's. I truly believe that this "employee" was just trying to make his night easier by not giving the customers what they wanted and only what he was willing to do. I hope something is done about this and that they make this company worth having around. Its really a shame that owners dont take pride in what they have and try to make it worth something to the public...
Read moreI would give no stars if I could! Why would you hire that young white girl. She is not meant to work with customer service. After calling the Rallys 800 number whin i was told that each restaurant can close at different times how they want to. So I go there to pick up a order for DoorDash, which it was put thru and excepted at 2:20 AM, So I pull up to the window and the young white female employee said she's NOT making anything for DoorDash orders cause she had cleaning to get done. So with working in restaurants as a chef it's bothersome to be denied even tho they stay open till 3:00. She ran her mouth, which I see that Rallys don't care. So anyone that gets orders in Michigan City IN for Rallys, I would consider not to accept them, so you won't have to deal with this. Then I had to call the customer and then DoorDash support just to get that shop to finalize so I could get more shops. I will say the other employees at night are good people and care about what they make and communicate to the public. So, hopefully, I won't ever have to see her face again there.. I just noticed this reply and I left my comment a month or two ago and it shows Rallys answer which showed it was a year ago. So I'm a little confused.How your response shows way before my comments.. My fries were honestly so mushy they were mashed to the bottom by time I got home and the container was half full from them being like that. The burger was literally rubber.
