Best Pizza in Cape May Court House | My Pizza Heaven — Restaurant in Middle Township

I should have taken pictures before we started to eat but I didn’t plan on doing a review. The pizza wasn’t good. It Was very floppy, the crust had no crunch and the pizza itself tasted basic and bland. The chicken was good and the frys were good. The cheesesteak wasn’t the best either. The service was horrible! Probably the worst I’ve had in awhile . Sat there for awhile and no1 asked if we needed booster seats for our 2 toddlers so I had to look around and find 2 for myself. The waitress gave us 2 waters for the toddlers but no straws so I had to look for them myself also. When she brought our food out she put a steaming hot cheesesteak right infront of the 2 toddlers and they instantly tried to grab at it. She also didn’t bring out plates for us so I had to find those myself also ( there was a total of 9 of us eating) . She also didn’t check up on us while we were eating to see if any of us needed refills…. Like I said there was 9 of us….. when we asked for ketchup for our frys we were given TWO ketchup packets which was ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this place and I wouldn’t go back to give them my business just because of how horrible the service was. The pizza really isn’t worth the money either…. For a place called “ pizza heaven “ you would think their pizza would taste better but no…… and like I said they do have good chicken and that’s probably just because it’s a different established brand that they sell inside the pizza shop. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I walked in to order takeout and I was completely ignored by at least 5 or 6 people behind the counter for several minutes talking to each other and on their phones. Did not even get a hello. It wasn’t until I asked if someone was going to take my order before anyone even acknowledged me standing at the counter. While ordering, I was then told that several of the items listed on their menu they no longer had. I asked why they would have it on their menu if they did not sell it, and was told that it is an old menu. I was then charged more than what they had posted on the menu for their prices. When I mentioned that I was being charged more, I was then told again that it was an old menu. Why do you have an old menu posted on the wall? Totally false advertising. It then took almost 30 mins for them to give me 5 slices of pizza (that were already made - just needed to be warmed), 4 pieces of chicken (also already made and sitting under a heating lamp), and 2 side orders of mashed potatoes. Not sure why it took so long, since there were a whole two tables worth of people eating in, and as I mentioned before, there were about 5 or 6 people behind the counter. Food wasn’t even worth the wait. It was disgusting and tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. I do not recommend this...

This place is inconsistent ! Pizza is always different and never consistent. Website barely works. Sometimes they answer the phone and sometimes they don't. Just tried to order their special $9.99 large pie, guy says $14 something. I said should be $10.65 he said "we dont do that anymore" I said its still on your website. He says "you still want it" I say yea if youre giving me it for 9.99 "we don't do that anymore " I tell him they gotta get it together the Website never works. He says "ok" Place is poorly managed ! I think im done with Pizza NOT heaven! They advertise best pizza in cape may. Its not even in Cape May 🤣 This place is clueless !!! Try somewhere else if you want reliable service and a consistent pie. I give up. UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY-- yes and yesterday was Wednesday ! And your employee said " we dont do that anymore" So yea Wednesday falls into Mon to Wed. and i didnt say your website isnt "up and running " I said it "barely works " You advertise a special which says click here meaning on the special. You "click here" and it NEVER takes you to that meal special. It takes you to the main menu page. And if you try to add the large pie special, it NEVER gives the $9.99 price. So yea, it DOESN'T WORK ! FACTS not...
